Chapter Thirty Two

                Daehyun put MiYu down “Sorry about that” he said “A-actually there’s no need for you to be sorry, in fact, I should be thanking you for catching me ^^” MiYu said. Daehyun slightly blushed and smiled then MiYu turned to Gongchan and noticed that he still had the jealous face on, Gongchan noticed her looking at him then he looked away and went back to his usual position on the couch

“Tch, what’s his problem?” MiYu murmured to herself and after that, they continued with the photoshoot. After B.A.P.’s shoot, it was B1A4’s turn and the guys were already prepared

“Jinyoung-ssi sure looks handsome” Youngjae said and MiYu nodded her head “Eh? MiYu-ssi, do you like him?” Youngjae asked. MiYu suddenly blushed and remembered how she liked Jinyoung before then “It’s impossible since the one that MiYu-ssi likes is none other than Ch-” but before Baro could finish what he was saying, MiYu suddenly hit him on the head

“I don’t have anyone I like!” she proclaimed “Eeeh? You sound so defensive” Baro murmured as a grin was formed on his face

When they started with the photoshoot, it was going well just like the photoshoot with B.A.P. but when it was Gongchan’s turn to pose

“Hey! Can you be serious for once?” MiYu said as she was starting to get irritated “What’s with you? I’m already being serious” Gongchan responded “Really? Then I guess a monkey can do a better pose than you” MiYu said then she continued taking pictures. Gongchan got really irritated that he started to get serious and while MiYu was taking the photos

“Hmm, this seems better than before” she said to herself, after the photoshoot

“Channie, you looked so cool during the photoshoot!” Sandeul beamed “Yeah, I totally agree!” Baro added then “Okay, it’s time for lunch break. Make sure that you guys will come back by 2, okay?” MiYu said and the guys nodded their heads

“So where should we eat?” Youngjae asked “I want to eat BBQ” Zelo replied “Then BBQ it is!” Himchan beamed “You guys are going out for BBQ? Mind if we join?” Baro asked “Uh, sure!” the others responded.

 In MiYu’s case… “MiYu~ Kwangmin called, he said he wanted to meet you at a BBQ house” Minji said as she saw MiYu coming out from the studio “Okay” MiYu responded then she left “Hm?” Minji said then she shrugged and continued her way.

At the BBQ house

“It smells really good, I want to eat already!” Baro beamed then “Let’s go sit over there” Youngjae said as he walked ahead and the others followed him. They occupied 11 chairs and a really long table and everyone in the BBQ house were looking at them “Aha, looks like they recognize that easily even if we wear disguises” CNU said and the others nodded their heads then

“Eh?! What  are you talking about?” they heard a familiar voice, Baro looked around and saw 2 girls talking, “S-Soomin-ah!” he called, Soomin heard him and she turned around and saw him “Uh?” the two girls wondered. Soomin looked at Baro for a while then “Who are you again?” she asked and Baro went (=[]=) “She’s just messing around with you Baro, in fact, she can’t stop talking about you these past few days” Eun Mi said “HEY EUN MI!” Soomin proclaimed. Baro suddenly blushed and giggled “My my, that’s really cute Soomin ^^” he added “Shut up!” Soomin proclaimed then “Soomin, Eun Mi, it’s nice to see you again” Jinyoung said and the two nodded their heads, the two also noticed B.A.P. “B.A.P. huh? Are you guys close friends?” Eun Mi asked “Uh, well you can say that we are friends since we’re working together with MiYu for Five Star Magazine’s 50^th Anniversary” CNU said “Oh, I see” the two girl said then “By the way, are the two of you alone?” CNU asked “Well…” but before Eun Mi could finish what she was saying…

“Eun Mi! Soomin!” MiYu called as she and Kwangmin went near them “Oh, you guys are here already” Soomin said, the two then noticed B1A4 and B.A.P. together

Moments later…

“It’s good to know that you guys are eating lunch together to feel more comfortable with each other, don’t you agree Kwangmin?” MiYu said and Kwangmin nodded his head in agreement. “Ah, by the way, for the Party, you are required to bring a date, right?” Baro asked “Well, not really ‘required’ but if you have someone to bring then you can bring a date” MiYu replied “Is that so? Then Soomin will you-” “NO” Soomin cut him off.

“How about you MiYu-ssi, who are you going to the party with?” Youngjae asked and Daehyun turned to MiYu “I’m going with no one, all the photographers will be busy on that evening and therefore cannot entertain the ‘dates’ that they’ve brought” MiYu replied “Then what if your date was a fellow photographer?” Eun Mi asked, they all turned to Kwangmin who was blushing. MiYu turned to him as well then she faced everyone “Still the same” she said

“R-Really, this girl” Youngjae mumbled, he turned to Daehyun and saw him smiling “Uh? Heh” he said. After eating lunch, “It was nice to see the two of you again ^^” Sandeul said “Same here” Eun Mi responded “Tch, yeah” Soomin said then “Soomin, I hope to see you during the party. Okay?” Baro said then he winked at her. Soomin rolled her eyes and turned away “You’re blushing” Eun Mi whispered “Am not! (>///<)” Soomin proclaimed.

“I’ll see you during dinner time, okay?” Kwangmin said and MiYu nodded her head. After that, they separated ways. MiYu, along with B1A4 and B.A.P. headed back to the studio and continued with their photoshoot.

In Kwangmin’s case, on his way back to his destination, his phone suddenly rang. He looked at the caller ID and furrowed his eyebrows when he realized who called. He released a sigh and answered it

*Phone Convo*

Kwangmin: Hello?
Caller: How have you been doing son?
Kwangmin: What do you want?
Caller: Is that how you’re supposed to talk to your grandfather?
Kwangmin: *sigh* I’m sorry, I’ve been busy lately since it was a sudden announcement that I’ll leave next week. Anyway, why did you call?
Caller: Ah, Jin really wants to see you already (remember Jin? He’s the old man in Chapter 20)
Kwangmin: Can you please tell Uncle that I will see him when I get there. *murmurs*that old man didn’t even talk to me during the New Year’s Party
Caller: Alright, it’s a good thing that you agreed to become the next heir of our company
Kwangmin: You said so right? The next heir will be engaged to Park Corporations daughter and since hyung doesn’t want to get engaged, well it’s best if I am the heir
Caller: I know, I also prefer you over your brother. You still have a long way to go but I guess within 6 months, you’ll be able to learn a lot of things already. I trust your ability
Kwangmin: Heh, thanks
Caller: I’ll see you when you get here
Kwangmin: Okay, bye
Caller: Bye *hangs up*

*End of Phone Convo*

“That’s right, I’m only doing this to be together with MiYu… This is the only way for the two of us to be together” Kwangmin said to himself then he continued his way.

                Back at the studio “WHAT THE HECK!? HOW DARE YOU TALK TO ME LIKE THAT YOU ERTED BRAT!” MiYu proclaimed “SHUT UP YOU HAG! YOU’RE THE ONE TO TALK!” Gongchan responded and the others went (=.=||)

“WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO GO AGAINST YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER!? I TOLD YOU TO PUT A SHIRT ON!”
“THE CONCEPT IS ‘Y LOOK’ SO WHY SHOULD I PUT A SHIRT ON!?”
“IT’S DISGUSTING TO SEE YOU SHIRTLESS!”
“SHUT UP! YOU’RE DEFINITELY NOT A GIRL AT ALL, MOST GIRLS WOULD DIE TO SEE ME SHIRTLESS!”

“He’s getting full of himself” said Baro “But why won’t MiYu-ssi agree with Gongchan being shirtless?” Jong Up asked “Ah, that’s because MiYu-ssi doesn’t like to look at guys who are shirtless. That’s what Kwangmin told me, he even said that she becomes clumsier if the guy in front of her was shirtless” Baro replied “Really? She sure is something” Youngjae said

“ARGH! THAT’S IT, I’M NOT GOING TO TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU IF YOU TAKE YOUR SHIRT OFF! JUNG DAEHYUN, YOU’RE NEXT!” MiYu proclaimed “FINE!” Gongchan responded then he went near the others and switched places with Daehyun

“You’re not going to take your shirt off right?” MiYu said as he glared at him “Don’t worry, I won’t” Daehyun responded then they started with the photoshoot

“Stupid photographer, how can someone look y when they don’t take their shirt off?” Gongchan mumbled “Why don’t we look at Daehyun? He seems to be doing a pretty good job” Jinyoung said. All of them turned to Daehyun and saw how he modeled, “Wow, that kid’s great” CNU said and the others nodded their heads “That’s our Daehyun for you” Himchan added.

After the photoshoot…

“Tch, stupid MiYu, if the pictures don’t come out y it’s her fault!” Gongchan mumbled as he was on his way to the bathroom, then he accidentally bumped into someone

“Oh, sorry about that” he apologized “It’s okay” the guy responded. When they saw each other…

“Jung Daehyun?”       “Gongchan Shik?”

“Here you go” Gongchan said as he gave Daehyun a bottle of water “Thanks” Daehyun said and Gongchan sat next to him. The two of them drank their waters and then stayed quiet

“Uh, by the way, you were great out there when you did the y pose” Gongchan complemented “Thanks, you too ^^” Daehyun responded “Heh, you kidding me? It would’ve been better if that MiYu let me take my shirt off” Gongchan complained. Daehyun chuckled and said “I’m sure that she’s just shy that’s why she didn’t want you to take your shirt off” “Shy my foot” Gongchan mumbled “Uh, Gongchan, is it okay if I ask you something?” Daehyun said

“Sure, what is it?” Gongchan responded then he drank some water
“Do you… like MiYu?” Daehyun questioned and Gongchan spit out the water that he was drinking and Daehyun went (O___O?)

“A-ah, sorry about that, I was just shocked” Gongchan said then he placed the bottled water beside him “So you like her don’t you?” Daehyun asked once more “Uh, well about that… I’m not really sure if I like her I mean, you’ve seen it right? we fight all the time and we have a lot of disagreements and all and we call each other names so I don’t think that you can say that we like each other or something, but I’m not saying that I hate her, I mean hate is such a strong word and…”

“So you’re saying that you like her but you don’t like her?” said Daehyun and Gongchan went (.___.?)
“Well I think it doesn’t matter anyway” Daehyun added
“What do you mean by that?” Gongchan asked and Daehyun smiled at him then “Daehyun, let’s go! We’ll be late for the music program!” Youngjae called “Ah, I better go. I’ll see you tomorrow Gongchan and oh, thanks for the water!” Daehyun said to Gongchan then he stood up and went near Youngjae and the two of them left

“What did that guy mean?” Gongchan asked himself.

                For the next few days, they were busy with the photoshoots and etc. Kwangmin was also busy himself since Minji assigned him a lot of individual works, 2 days before the party…

“Woah, those pictures look great” Kwangmin said as he saw MiYu editing the photos for the magazine “Thanks” she responded, Kwangmin continued to look at MiYu editing them then he rested his chin on her head

“Yah, you’re heavy” she complained “Let it be, besides, I don’t get to do this to you for six months” Kwangmin responded “Wait, you’ll only be gone for six months?” MiYu asked “Yup, then after that I’ll come back here” Kwangmin replied “And you’ll work here again?” MiYu questioned “It depends ^^ who knows, maybe the next time we meet each other, you’ll see a different side of me” Kwangmin said as he stood straight “Uh” MiYu turned to him with a confused face, he just smiled at her then went to his desk and continued his work.

During lunch time, “MIYUUUUUUUUU~” Minji beamed as she opened the door to their office “Yeah?” MiYu responded while she was still facing the computer “Hey let’s go out to lunch today” Minji said as she approached her “Why?” MiYu responded “We still have to pick you a dress for the party, come on let’s go!” Minji then grabbed MiYu and dragged her outside.

In Minji’s car “Hold up, I’m not yet done with work” said MiYu “Don’t worry, we’ll be gone for a while, continue work later~” said Minji “What!? Tch, you’re such an irresponsible president of this company” said MiYu “Yeah, a lot of people tell me that but look at our magazine, it’s one of the top magazine in Korea right? Well let’s go!” Minji proclaimed then she drove off

In Kwangmin’s case, when he got back to the office “Here’s your food Mi-Yu?” he wondered as he found the office empty, then his phone beeped. He read the text message that said

“Went shooping with unni, help me (TT ^ TT) –MiYu”

He smiled at it then he went to his desk and continued his work. In MiYu’s case, while shopping…

“Oh, that peach dress is cute, why don’t you try it on?” Minji suggested “No thanks” said MiYu “How about that purple one?” said Minji “I don’t like it” said MiYu
“How about that pink one?”
“I hate pink”
“EH? Listen MiYu, I brought you along today so that you could pick a dress on your own not criticize the dresses (-3-)” said Minji
“Fine, you want me to pick a dress? Then *looks around and spots a white dress* I’ll buy that one. Now we’re done shopping, let’s go” MiYu said then she walked ahead “H-Hey wait!” Minji went after her

                After buying the dress, they decided to walk around first, well Minji forced her sister to stay for a while…

“Ah~ seriously, I miss hanging out with you” said Minji “What are you talking about? We see each other at work so isn’t that like ‘hanging out’?” said MiYu “*laughs* Really, you changed a lot” said Minji “Uh, and why is that?” MiYu asked “When you were still a kid, you were this cheerful cute little girl, but when Junior high came, you started to rebel against our parents and grandpa but after you became friends with Kwangmin you were slowly trying to go back to the way you were when you were a kid. Seems like Kwangmin helped you a lot during high school and all throughout college as well” said Minji “Yeah but to tell you the truth, I was afraid of becoming friends with him” said MiYu “And why is that?” asked Minji “Kwangmin was a popular guy, he was known by everyone and it worried me when he started talking to me, I didn’t want people to start rumors about him because of me so I tried avoiding him. Plus, he was really annoying (-_-) but when he pushed me away and saved me from that falling pot, that was when I knew that his sincerity” MiYu responded

“Uh *smile* you know, when you first introduced Kwangmin to us I seriously thought that he was your boyfriend ^^” said Minji and MiYu went (=///=)
“But I found out that he was someone more important than a boyfriend, a best friend” Minji added “Uh” MiYu said then she smiled “Speaking of which, should we buy something for Kwangmin as a farewell gift?” Minji suggested “Sure but make sure it’s something that has a Pikachu print on” said MiYu “He still likes pokemon until now?” Minji asked and MiYu nodded her head “Well that’s one side of him that makes him unique” said Minji and the Park sisters continued their way.

                When MiYu arrived back at the office, she saw Kwangmin resting on his desk. “Uh? Heh, unni must’ve given him a lot of work. Looks like he’s really tired” she said then she went to her desk and continued with work.

When Kwangmin woke up, “M-MiYu?” he said, he rubbed his eyes and realized that no one was there. He looked at the time and it was already 10:00 P.M.

“WHAT THE!? Why didn’t she wake me up?! URGH!” he proclaimed as he stood up. He grabbed his coat and left the office. When he arrived at the lobby, he was surprised because there weren’t any workers “What the? Don’t tell me I’m the only one left?” he said to himself. He exited the building and when he arrived outside, he saw a girl standing in front of his car “MiYu? Is that you?” he said as he approached the girl, he touched her on the shoulder “Oh, it is you. Did you wait for me for that long? You know, you could’ve woken me up” he added. The girl slowly turned to him but when he saw her face, he went (=[]=) because it was actually Gongchan

“G-Gongchan Shik!?” he proclaimed. Gongchan took the wig off and he smirked at him “That’s right, it’s me” Gongchan responded “W-Wait, where’s MiYu?” Kwangmin asked then “I’m over here” said MiYu. Kwangmin turned around and saw MiYu wearing a wedding gown and she looked very beautiful

“W-WOW” he said. MiYu was walking towards him and she was smiling, Kwangmin was now shocked because he was wearing a suit, he suddenly blushed when he realized that it was a wedding. When MiYu reached him “Are we getting married?” he asked while his face was red, MiYu chuckled and was about to speak but then “Come now, my bride” Gongchan reached his hand to her and she held it and the two of them were standing in front of the altar “W-What the?” Kwangmin said “Kwangmin, thank you for being the best man of this wedding” said MiYu “B-Best man?” Kwangmin wondered

Priest: Do you, Gongchan Shik, take Park MiYu as your lawfully wedded wife?
Gongchan: I do
Priest: Do you, Park MiYu, take Gongchan Shik as your lawfully wedded husband?
MiYu: I do
Priest: You may now kiss the bride

Gongchan and MiYu faced each other and Kwangmin was right in front of them “No way, this isn’t happening right?” Kwangmin said to himself. The two were about to kiss when suddenly

“NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Kwangmin yelled

***

THUD! Kwangmin opened his eyes and saw MiYu right in front of him “Are you okay?” she asked “MiYu?” Kwangmin said as he sat up, he looked at MiYu and noticed that she was wearing casual clothes “Oh thank goodness you’re not getting married” he added “(=_=) What’s that supposed to mean? Are you cursing your best friend that she won’t get married?” said MiYu “Ah, I’m sorry. It’s just that I had a nightmare and it was about you getting married and- Uh? What’s wrong?” said Kwangmin “You’re mean, you think me getting married is a nightmare? Tch, well you’re not invited on my wedding day!” MiYu proclaimed then she stood up, went to her desk and continued to work

“Uh? *sigh*” –Kwangmin

                                The next day, “MiYu, are you done with the design?” asked Minji “Yeah, I emailed it to you last night” MiYu replied as she and Minji were in the elevator “Then I’ll check it out. Argh, tomorrow’s the day and we’re not yet done” said Minji then MiYu’s phone rang

*Phone Convo*

MiYu: Hello?
Kwangmin: Hey
MiYu: Oh Kwangmin, what’s up?
Kwangmin: Can we meet up at the old playground where we used to stay after school?
MiYu: Uh, okay but why?
Kwangmin: I’m going to tell you something
MiYu: Oh okay then, bye
Kwangmin: Bye *hangs up*

*END of Phone Convo*

“Was that Kwangmin?” Minji asked “Yeah, he said that he wants to meet me at the old playground where we used to stay after school” MiYu replied “Really!? Wow, I smell a confession coming up” Minji said “Eh?” MiYu wondered and she felt a little bit nervous about what Minji said.

                When MiYu arrived at the old playground, she saw Kwangmin sitting on the swing and looking at the sky “Hey!” she called, Kwangmin turned to her and smiled when he saw him. MiYu sat on the other swing right next to him “So why did you want to meet here all of the sudden?” she asked “Uh well, that’s-” “Let’s go eat lunch first, I’m really hungry” said MiYu “But MiYu, I-” “Ah, I also told unni that I’ll be back by 12 30. You know, we’re a lot busy now since tomorrow will be the 50^th anniversary and you’re also leaving for tomorrow right? Really, there are a lot of things that we still need to-”

“MiYu I Love You!” Kwangmin proclaimed and MiYu was silenced. She slowly turned to him and…

“I love you” Kwangmin repeated.
