     You don't believe in love. You don't believe in being loved, nor of loving someone. You don't believe in true love, or soul mates. The feeling of 'love' is false-- a lie. It just brings hurtful feelings, pain and regret. 'Love.' It's just a sugar-coated word, which hides the true meaning-- heartache, pain and suffering. This is what you accept as true, and you weren’t going to change it for anyone.

That is, until you meet a boy, who challenges this belief. He makes your heart flutter, beat faster than you ever thought possible. He makes you blush and turn rosy. He makes you stammer and nervous. He makes you feel tingly and it’s like you’re staring at an angel. He makes you feel like you’re on the top of the world when he talks to you. He makes you replay every single moment that you’ve had together—even a simple ‘hello’ or even just brushing past him. He makes you feel so different than what you’ve felt with any other boy.

You(Min Ji):

You’re just another shy sixteen-year-old student that attends high school. You have big chocolate eyes, along with smooth smilky skin, which is framed with silky caramel-coloured hair. You love observing the stars at night and listening to the soft rain— there’s just something about it that soothes you. Your voice isn’t loud at all, and you love singing softly to yourself or to animals. You have a soft spot for stray cats, and you usually sit and absentmindedly sing or talk to them. However, you don’t believe in love. You only believe that it’s just a sugar-coated word that hides the true meaning of love— pain, suffering and tears. You don’t believe in ‘true love’ or ‘soul mates.’ You bury any belief of love deep in your heart and lock it away.

 

Sun Ye:

She's your closest friend, and understands you most out of everyone. Being same age as you, she is slightly taller than you, with her soft rosy cheeks and raven-black hair, falling like a waterfall down her back. her eyes reflect her personality— fun-loving, cute and outgoing. She loves being spontaneous and is always found either doing something or exploring. She is a unique friend and doesn’t give a care in the world about her two long scars on her back, which she got from an accident when she was little. She’s so bubbly and can always manage to lift the mouth on anyone’s face into a curved smile. She’s a good influence on you and you love being around with her. Without her, you don’t know what you’d do. She doesn’t share the same belief as you in love, but she’s cautious about the topic. She knows that it can be dangerous and hurtful, and she understands that. She’s been asked out quite a lot, but has kindly rejected each and every one of them— knowing full well that she’ll find the right person for her in the future. In short, she’s an amazing friend that you can’t live without.

 

Ahn Kiyeon:

She is a popular girl at high school, and is the girlfriend of Choi Jong Hun. Being seventeen years old, she is amazingly pretty— with her beautiful eyes, plump lips and shoulder length black hair. She is the Queenka at the school too. Kiyeon is basically every guy’s dream and boys tend to flirt a lot with her. However, her boyfriend trusts her a lot and she trusts him back. She believes in love and soul mates, and is sure she’s found her ‘other half.’

 

Yoon Ha Eun:

Yoon Ga Eun is a good friend of yours, and is also voted best student in your class. Sixteen years old, and she’s the class geek-- have qualities both incredibly pretty and smart. She has this elegant style about her, which makes her stand out in a crowd. She has short, cropped dark hair, and generally a smile on her face. She has the most adorable laugh and guys seem to swarm over her— but she doesn’t give a damn. She’s a bit shy around guys, but is fine with her closest guyfriend, Lee JaeJin. She has entered several academic competitions teaming up with him and has won the majority of the contests. She’s not in love, but she adores JaeJin's friend, Song Seung Hyun. She likes him, perhaps more than just a friend..

 

 

LE MALES:

Lee Hongki:

He is a cute, outgoing student that attends second year at high school, being only seventeen years of age. He has two cute, alluring eyes that match his ‘innocent’ look and personality. His blonde hair sits perfectly on his head, with the layers that nearly cover his eyes safely swept into a side-fringe. He studies hard at school and is quite intellectual— although he’s known as the ‘cute rebellion’ too. The subjects he specialises in are drama and music. He has the voice of an absolute angel— his voice being so emotionally powerful and beautifully sweet at the same time. He likes the way quiet rain can bring out the ‘inner peace’ in yourself, and can often be found sleeping to the sound of soft rain. He loves animals and adores puppies and dogs. This adorable boy loves shooting with nerf-guns and his favourite hobby is cooking. He is oblivious to the fact that he attracts a lot of attention from girls, but he isn’t interested in ‘love.’ He believes that fate will lead him and he’ll find his ‘soul mate’ when the time is right. 

 

Choi Jong Hun:

He’s Hongki’s younger classmate by five days, but sometimes acts more mature than him. His eyes are fierce and intense, but he’s actually really sweet. A teacher once thought he somewhat resembled a girl, with his slightly longer blonde bangs and pink lips! His hobbies include playing the piano and guitar— just simply making music. He’s the leader of the ‘friendship group,’ which is made up of him— Hongki, JaeJin, Seung Hyun and Min Hwan— and is quite protective over his close friends. Jong Hun has girls swooning over him, but he has a girlfriend and loves her very much. He believes that he has found his ‘soul mate’ or ‘true love.’

 

Song Seung Hyun:

Seung Hyun is the second youngest of all of Hongki’s friends, at the ripe age of sixteen. He has brown, wavy hair streaked with blonde; that falls into a side fringe above his matching soft dark brown eyes. He is a hard worker, and studies very hard; and he's known as the class clown. He enjoys playing the guitar, and going to karaoke with his friends. Girls fall for him, a lot. He’s not really a shy guy, but there is one person that can tie his stomach in a knot— just a girl that he is quite fond of..

 

Lee JaeJin:

 

Being the smartest in the school, he is the high school’s pride and joy. He is extremely good looking, with his sharp look and cute glasses. Many people, teachers and students alike, call him ‘JaeJinnie’ instead of JaeJin. He captures the hearts of many teen girls, but he isn’t interested in love as much. He is more interested in his studies and in music and is on the verge of believing love and not believing it, as he thinks that he’s too young to know what love is anyway.

 

Choi Min Hwan:

Min Hwan is the youngest of Hongki’s friends, and is adored by many people for his adorable aegyos. He sports very pretty blonde-brown hair, with the ends flicking out. His eyes are really kind and they reflect his caring and cute personality. He’s known as the maknae of the group and girls simply admire him. He doesn’t want a girlfriend yet, but is always open to the idea of having one.
