Day 15

I checked the time on my phone, standing outside the shopping district away from the crowd. It was past 8:30 pm, and I felt the chilly breeze come in. I was sitting down on a bench when I got an incoming call from Namjoon.

“There's a car that's parked just across from you.” when I looked up I see 2 men coming out, one that I'm familiar with the name of Sungjong, but the other I'm not sure who it was. Still staring ahead I put the receiver close to my ear again.

“So, I just have to stick with the plan, right?”I say.

“Exactly. We talked about this at the office. In the next 24 hours after it's done, report right back to us. Good luck, Mio.” when the line ended I stood up, and taking a deep breath I waited for them to see me. When Sungjong came up he eyed me carefully. The other man's gaze burned right through me, for he looked intimidating compared to him.

“Are you Mio Aoshi?” Sungjong asked. I nodded feverishly, holding my hands in front of me. Soon he broke into relief and grabbed my hand out of no where. “right this way then~” dragging me to the car he opened the door and allowed me in first. He went around to the front as the other was in the driver's seat. Once they drove on I see they were heading to the highway. Once we entered the intersection I slowly reached into my pocket and held in my hand the small GPS tracker, one that is a size of a button.

Activating it I quickly stuffed it under my seat, for they were too busy talking with themselves to even look back. I decided to act casual by looking out the window, and then I brought the courage to speak up. “Where are we going exactly?” I curiously asked.

“That's something you don't need to know.” the one driving snapped. Sungjong sighed.

“Aish, really Dongwoo hyung? Don't be so harsh on her.” Sungjong said. He turned to me. “Don't mind him. He didn't get any sleep.”

“Because YOU were snoring so loud in the room!” Dongwoo snapped back.

“Well, why did you sleep in my room then? Oh, that's right – you got scared after watching that horror film.” he crooned. The other groaned.

“Shut up...” he mumbled. That's when I couldn't help but briefly chuckle quietly to myself. For people who are supposed to be terrifying, they look absolutely ridiculous just arguing like little kids. Dongwoo heard and soon he whipped his head to my direction.

“What's so funny?” he questioned. I shrugged, looking at the window.

“Nothing. Nothing at all.” I say. With a small huff they just became silent for the rest of the ride. Sungjong however, said something under his breath that only I caught.

“Interesting. Very interesting.”

They pushed me forward, into a closed room of what seemed to be part of an abandoned building. All crowded together were a bunch of guys, wearing familiar dark clothes and gear. When they heard us stumble in one looked up and ultimately it was Woohyun.

“Omo, who do we have here.”with a smirk he came closer with his hand in his pocket. “it's the worthless piece of crap that tattled on me. Did you enjoy your little victory over it?” he looked down at me. I stared at him back, remaining a calm expression.

“If I'm so worthless, then why do you still value for what I've done?” I rose my eyebrow nonchalantly. The smirk on his face was soon replaced with a frown.

“What? Did you just talk back to me?” he glared. Sungjong tugged at his shoulder to calm down, but with the way his nose flared clearly he wasn't going to any time sooner. I couldn't help but bring a smile on my own face.

“Listen to the guy, will you? He's just trying to control your short temper.” I retorted. Already in seconds he pounced and grabbed me by the collar, hearing his quickened breath.

“I can end your life, right here right now. Is that what you want?” he snarled. I took hold of his wrists, gripping tighter.

“If I was able to beat your once, I'm sure I can beat you up again.” I wrapped my leg around his and pulled him underneath, making him fall on the ground in a blink of an eye. Just when I was about to throw a single punch in his face I heard the click of a gun, and something cold pressed against the side of my head.

“Don't do anything irrational, or you will end up getting hurt instead.” slowly I put my hands up in surrender, and taking a glance at the side I see one of the boys pointing the gun. His expression remained serious, cold eyes glaring at me as if watching every move I would do. I sighed, closing my eyes. He's right – if I do something stupid my identity will be exposed and it's game over.

Hearing the creaky door open we all turned to the direction to see Sunggyu arrive. We all awkwardly shuffled back and acted as if nothing happened; I straightened my disheveled clothes all while Woohyun and the one with the gun standing with hands clasped in front of them.

He looked at all of us, and when he saw me he momentarily stopped and just stared for a few minutes. The more I felt his gaze the more I felt it just burned right through me, to the point I suddenly felt uncomfortable. When he cleared his throat to talk I couldn't help but give a mental sigh of relief.

“Sorry I'm late everyone. As you can see I've recruited a new person in the headquarters. Mio-ssi?” I snapped my head up upon him calling my name, saying 'y-yes?'. “Why don't you fully introduce yourself?”

“Ah, right. Hello, I'm Mio Aoshi. I look forward in working with you.” I slightly heard a scoff, which I knew it was probably Woohyun. Sunggyu then asked the others to introduce themselves as well.

“Maknae Lee Sungjong! Let's work together well.” he shook my hand. He seemed to be that one person that I know I wouldn't fight with often. With a cute smile like his, it's hard to tell if he really is a criminal.

“Jang Dongwoo. I'm mostly the designated driver for them. If you need to go anywhere let me know.” he gave a broad grin. Hm, I don't know if I should trust him...he looks like a delinquent for sure.

“Lee Sungyeol.” although he was quite tall in front of me I couldn't help but think that he seemed less frightening in person than he does in pictures. Maybe that's just me.

“I'm L.” his voice was very striking, giving me a chill down my spine.

“Just L? You don't have a full name?” I say, but soon he just turned around and walked away. Weird.

“Lee Howon, or Hoya. I do defense around here.” the boy with the gun said. Of course. That explains his strong body build. The next person was Woohyun, who awkwardly tried to avoid my eyes.

“Nam Woohyun. Must I say more...?” he grumbled under his breath. And at long last it was he himself that he fully introduced.

“Kim Sunggyu.” he bowed a full 90 degrees. “I'm hoping we could be more closer in the future.” he gave a small tight lipped smile. Turning back to his group he asked Sungjong what time it is. I was surprised by the answer, for it was almost 11:30 pm. “Mio, do you have any extra clothes?”

“Eh? N-no, this is all I have with me...” I pointed at my own outfit.

“That's fine then. There's a washroom in that door across from you, already with a fresh towel. Go freshen up and just sleep here in this room. You'll be working first thing in the morning, arasso?”

I never said anything and instead just nodded my head. Once entering I noticed just how confined it was. There was only a single mirror and really outdated walls all about. Sitting on the toilet seat was a white towel, along with a few bottles of shampoo and already used bar of soap too.

I looked in my bag in search of my phone, and opening the screen I noticed I missed 5 calls from Taehyung. Since I couldn't call him back I sent him a text saying 'I'm fine.', for based on intuition he was just worried. I then turned the shower on full blast.

Coming out the washroom with my towel wrapped around my neck I see that there was no one there, but suddenly jumped to see Howon standing near the doorway who was leaning against the wall.

"Aish, you scared me!" I clutched my chest. He remained the same serious expression. I looked around the room and asked where did everyone else go.

"They headed back into their own dorms. Sunggyu asked me to stay and watch over you just in case anything happens." he said.

I laughed in disbelief. "What, this guy doesn't trust me to sleep alone? How can I when I have a boy in the same room?" I muttered under my breath.

"I heard that." he replied numb. With a roll of my eyes I went over to the pull out couch, and did my best to rest. Though it wasn't easy, I still sufficed in it. I mean, wouldn't you feel uncomfortable when someone is just watching you sleep?

God, I hate being undercover.

A/N

So I officially put in all of the Infinite members, woot woot! Also, what do you guys think of the poster? I would be using it from time to time now that the OC is in a new setting outside of the SIU. (I had to use a line from Macbeth - probably my favorite play out of all the other Shakespeare plays I've read thus far at school ><)
