His first day in school started with waking me up at 4AM. When I opened my eyes he was already in his uniform asking me whether he should comb his hair all the way to the back or he should keep his bangs. I ruffled his hair and said, "There you go. This is better" half asleep. He's apologizing for waking me up because he's overexcited. I couldn't fall back to sleep and he took the advantage to ask me more question, how does he looked that day, was he going to be failed in class, things like that. I sarcastically answered that he would be failed if he keeps acting like this.  He stopped asking and sat down quietly on his chair, but after five minutes I could hear his fingers started knocking the table out of nervousness. AARRGGHHHH.....

Finally it's 7 AM, time when the cafeteria was opened for breakfast.

Aside from waking up too early, we need to come early to the cafeteria for the introduction. If it was a new school year there will be a official ceremony in the auditorium, however as Dongwan joined us in the middle of the semester, he would need to introduce himself during breakfast time in front of the whole student instead of only to his classmate, because he'd be joining us in the dorm too, not only in class.

So, with half-eyes opened, I took him to the cafeteria. At that time only few students were already there and the cafeteria staffs were working to prepare breakfast. He greeted all the staffs with a very bright smile and introduce himself to them. All the staffs were confused with his super friendly attitude, yet they smile back to him. I had to drag him to the table where the dorm manager sat.

When all the students had gathered, the dorm manager stood up and announced that we got a new student joining. Then, he asked Dongwan to introduce himself.

He introduced himself while trying to be funny in front of the whole students by saying he was short but no one is allowed to call him tiny. And of course, after that, the entire students called him tiny. He regretted his greetings.

After finishing our breakfast we headed directly to our classroom. There's nothing much happened in the classroom. When the lesson started, he started to focus on the lesson and behaving like any normal student would.

Days passed and I noticed that he's adapting well with the school.  He joined 2 clubs; theater and music, and made friends with the club members, but he insisted to join my basketball team and me on every meal. He said that the way we eat are the craziest although he eats the most. He also said that if he didn't join them on every meal then it’d be no chance for him to chat with them. He liked to joke with Minwoo and Junjin the most and the other found him rather amusing. Andy would never stop laughing when he's around and Hyesung would shook his head unbelieving that he and Dongwan was born in the same month as both have a very different personalities.

If you think the annoying part of him has gone, you are absolutely wrong. First, he asked me whether it is OK to have the lights on during bedtime.

I suggested him to use his reading lamp as I can tolerate little light but not very bright light while sleeping. He's fine with it. He tended to forgot where did he put his things so he had to flip the whole room just to find his stuff which apparently to be in his pocket. *siighh..* luckily he's responsible enough to put everything back in normal again.

One of the worse was during the mid-term. He was unlucky enough to enter this school 1 month before the mid-term. He was so stressful while studying; his books were all over the room, sometimes, when he got too stressful he would screams and throw his book randomly. Empty snack wrappers were all over his desk and the floor near it. I was annoyed with his behavior at first, but later I found an awesome way to avoid this whole mess: snuggling into Hyesung (and Minwoo)'s room and study(?) with them. So starting one week before the exam week, I would return to my own room to take a bath, change and took my books to Hyesung's room. Hyesung was totally annoyed but I said I couldn't study with Dongwan behaving like that, besides Hyesung is the smartest, so it would be good to study with him.  Minwoo, on the other hand was less studious. He would only study around 1 hour every night, after that he would retreat to his bed saying he would study while lying down, only to hear soft snore coming out from his mouth 5 minutes later. As I notice that Dongwan would stay up till dawn, I slept at Hyesung's bed as well..

Hyesung would protest..

"Sleep on the floor!"

"Nooo, the floor is cold.. what if I get sick!? Why are you so cruel to me, Hyesungiee~" I whined.

"Then sleep with Minwoo!"

"Just look at him, he's already taking the whole space of his bed." Minwoo was sleeping in form of the Chinese letter "大" so there is no space for me to fit in to his bed.

I kneel down, "Please hyesungiee, let me sleep with you... please..." I begged at Hyesung and staring at him trying my best to give him my puppy eyes stare.

"Fine, you can sleep with me!" He grumbled.

"Yes, I love you Hyesungiee~~" I hugged him and started to take off my shirt.

"Wh..what are you doing!!!??" his cheek starting to redden.

"I couldn't sleep with my shirt on, it's itchy.."

"PUT YOUR D*MN SHIRT ON OR I'LL KICK YOU OUT OF MY ROOM!" yelled Hyesung.

"O..kay.." I said, pouting while lying silently on his bed.

So half an hour later Hyesung has changed to his pajamas (changing in the bathroom after doing what he called pee-pee, brushing his teeth, and put his night face moisturizer on), he climbed to the bed with me already lying there, then I snuggled into him.. He managed to break free from me and put a huge pile of pillows plus his teddy bear between us.  *sobs* (Ps: He stole one pillow from Minwoo)

I lived like this for the whole week. Poor me.. :'( Minwoo was offering if he could sleep in my room instead so I can sleep on his bed, but Hyesung threatened him not to leave him alone with me. I don't get it, what could possibly happen if we were left alone?

So after a week I finally returned to my room. The room was all clean and neat again, and Dongwan apologize to me, for making me a refugee for a week.

I said to him it is ok (since I got a chance to cuddle with Hyesung if not, I would probably have kicked him out of the window).

A week later the result of the mid-term was announced. Surprisingly, to me, that that stressful Dongwan guy manage to get #2 of all 2nd grader, 1 point lower than Hyesung. I got #3 with 4 points margin from Dongwan, and Minwoo, this rather special stupid guy was #15.  "Hey, not bad!" Said Minwoo, grinning widely.  Dongwan too seemed to be satisfied with himself.
