The complexes that house the singles' apartments are scattered around Seoul. On the outside, the apartments blend in with the surroundings, unassuming to the pedestrians walking below the complex. This is done on purpose, to keep some of the privacy for the singles and their matches. 

The living room of the apartments are spacious and inviting.  It is the main room of the apartments and the first one the couples will see upon entering their new home. Each apartment comes with a standardized television, coffee tables, one large couch, among other small decorations. 

The kitchen is equiped with state-of-the-art applicances, each made from stainless steel. In lieu of a kitchen table, an island set up with chairs is used, which doubles as a counter top for cooking. The kitchen has plenty of space for the couples to cook in - whether it be alone or together. 

The master bathroom holds a shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks. There is enough counter space to share between two, and extra cabinets tucked away hold towels and other bathroom necessities. Privacy can be obtained through a courtain that can be drawn between the  shower and sinks. 

The Matchmaker's favorite room in the house. The master bedroom has a full wardrobe, walk-in closet, a desk, and a television. There are also other small commodities that will change depending on the couples. The bed is king sized, and meant for maximum comfort when the couples decide to share one bed.

The guest room is located across the way from the master bedroom. Originally meant for visiting relatives or friends, the guest room is usually used as a second bedroom for the couples at the start of their contract. This guest room has its own attached bathroom with a shower, and seperate closet.
