One Fine MorningA/N: So I started rewatching Pinocchio again but this time I got my dormmates to watch the drama with me. AND THEY FREAKING LOVED IT! They were skeptical at first but once the first ten minutes went by they absolutely fell in love with the drama (except for Dal Po's hair. They cheered when his hair finally got cut). We ended the night at episode 4 because we needed to do homework the next day but I'm pretty sure we'll keep on watching until the very end. But now I have a challenge for you my lovely readers: grab a friend, family member, random hot stranger off the street and get them to watch the drama c:
It wasn't Christmas or the Autumn Moon Festival, but the Choi house was full of raucous laughter and cheerful grins. The warm smells of fresh bread and cakes baking had permeated their way throughout all the rooms of the house, leaving an imprint of coziness and warmth.
In Ha lay curled on Dal Po's lap, both snuggled under blankets as they sat in front of the fireplace, a fire crackling cheerfully in the hearth. Her head was tucked underneath his chin, and his steady breathing tickled the top of her head. The warmth from his body and from the fire were making her drowsy, her eyelids starting to droop.
"You should go to bed," Dal Po said, leaning down and kissing her forehead. His wife only snuggled further into him, her soft hands reaching to wrap themselves around his neck.
"I'm not sleepy." He only smiled when a tell-tale hiccup emerged from her lips. "Fine. Carry me then," she murmured imperiously, causing Dal Po to shake with s
