Irene's POV

 

"Irene! Are you done there! Come on we're gonna be late!" My mom yelled infront of my door.The time of our departure is 7:30 and its already 7:00. Wendy's family must have been waiting too long. I should hurry now

"I'm done now mom." I went out of my room and while dad carried my things and put it in the car

"Did you check your things? Is your passport there? Your ticket? Your phone?" Mom kept bombarding me with questions

"Yes umma. I made sure I didn't forget a single thing" I said

"Good. Now lets go?" 

"Alright lets go!" My dad called the driver and we went to pick up wendy's family

 

I was rummaging my bag because I can't seem to remember where i put my earphones. Aish. It had to be the earphones. 

"Yes! I found it!" I finally found it at the bottom of my bag when my phone rang

 

*1 message from dumb olaf*

"Where are you now~. Hehehe. But seriously tho where are you? We're gonna be late now"

 

"We're on our way to your house now olaf calm your down"

 

"OMO. YOU CALLED ME OLAF. TEEHEE"

 

What's this girl's problem?

 

"So?"

 

"You actually called me that. I thought you denied me yesterday"

 

I swear I can imagine her smirking right now

 

"Oh whatever seungwan. We're almost there now. Get ready"

 

We already arrived at wendy's house. Or should I say mansion? Their family is probably the richest one in this village

 

"Yah seungwan!" I yelled at the stupid dazed human being standing on their doorstep

She called her parents and ran towards the van and sat

Just how am I going to ignore her now?

 

"Hey Joohyunnie" She smiled and flashed her million dollar smile at me.

 

I can't just sit here for 30 minutes ignoring this charmer

 

"Hey Seungwan." I answered shortly and plugged my earphones

"Aww. What happened to olaf?" She asked

"It died the moment a stupid snowman entered this van" I smirked at her. Two can play this game.

"Oh. I forgot to introduce you to someone" She suddenly said

"Really? Who is it then?" Is it one of your girl friends again. Ugh wendy why are you like this.

 

"Naeunnie! Come sit here beside us"

 

She called a girl or rather a Naeun to sit here with us. Who is she. What is her relationship with wendy. Why the hell is she sitting here

 

 

Why am I so worried about who this girl is? She could be Wendy's girlfriend and I couldn't care less

 

 

"Irene, this is Naeun. My......"

 

When I heard the next word. I had a hard time processing it. I guess I was too paranoid

"Hello Irene unnie! You're so much prettier in person."

 

 

In person? What. So she had seen me before but not in person? I'm confused

 

 

"What do you mean in person?" I decided to ask her

"Well, Wendy unnie showed me a picture of you once. And I thought you that you looked prettier. Are you unnie's girlfriend?" She asked not-so-innocently

 

I blushed when I heard the word 'girlfriend'. I can see Wendy from the corner of my eye, shyly lowering her head, blushing.

"I-im no-" I got cut off when dad said something

Why do I always get cut by my parents. Sigh

"Kids! We're at the airport now! Don't worry, someone will come get our things. We just need to board quickly now. We only have 5 minutes!"

"Yah! Lets go now!" Instead of accompanying her cousin, she grabbed my hand and ran inside the airport until we reached the boarding gate. Lucky us, the flight was delayed.
