  . must you call in the middle of the night

 

"H-hey Wendy" 

  and why the hell did I stutter? you're a pabo joohyun

 

"Are you sleeping? Did I wake you up? Im sorry I'm gonna call tomorrow" She panicked

  Even though you woke me up i don't care

 

"No, its fine. I wasn't sleeping I was uhhm......... watching tv. yeah"  Nice save you dumb cabbage

 

"Ohh. Well, I just wanted to tell you about the vacation and all. You're coming right"

Okayyyy I was just getting over that

 

"Yeah, I'm going" I said. sigh. this is going to be harder than I thought

 

"Great! Ill go there at saturday! Bye Joohyun. Goodnight!" then she hung up

 

"Goodnight!" I love you

sigh. I'm just gonna sleep now

 

 

 

Morning came and my alarm clock is such an . I was going to sleep some more but gave up and washed myself. I went downstairs only to see my mom talking loudly. 

 

"I know right Rain is so handsome even though he aged" I heard my mom said

"Thats so true!" I heard someone said. Probably mom's friend

 

oh god. Remind me to throw my alarm clock next time

 

"Oh Joohyun you're awake! Why dont you greet wendy's mom" i knew it

“Hi Mrs son” I bowed and smiled at her

 

“hello Joohyunnie. Ahhhh you’re so pretty~ Just like my seungwan” She said. I blushed at the compliment 

 

“T-thanks auntie” I replied

 

“Joohyun, can you please go to the kitchen and get me a glass of water. Im really thirsty” my mom said

 

“Oh. Sure thing”

 

I went to the kitchen and got a glass when my phone rang

 

*1 message from wendy*

 

 

must you call me before i sleep and text me when i wake up? 

 

 

"Good morning joohyun~ :D"

 

“What olaf” 

 

“Nothing. I just wanted to text you”

 

Tch. what is this girl doing

 

“Thats it?”

 

“Yep. Why? You don’t love me anymore”

 

I swear i can imagine her pouting right now

 

“N-nothing. Its just you know, you won’t text or call for nothing”

 

“I just wanted to text my best friend good morning ya know. Besides its only a few days and we’re off to jeju :D Im so exciteeedddd”

 

gulp. this is it

 

“yeah. Im excited too. I wanted to go to the beach so badd” 

 

“Im gonna call you joohyun I’m so tired typing…..”

 

Just when wendy was about to call someone called her from the living room

 

“Joohyun-ahh! Where is my water”

 

I forgot. stupid wendy for texting me

 

“Coming umma!” She got the glass of water and rushed to the living room. Then she ran upstairs to her room and answered her phone

 

“Sorry wendy. Mom was calling me awhile ago” I said while panting. i ran to the living room and to my room you know. Thats no joke

 

“Its okay. Why are you panting though?” 

 

“Oh. I ran from the kitchen to the living room and back to my room”

 

She chuckled. oh my god “Why would you run when you can walk joohyun. Too excited to talk to me?” She boasted. pfft

 

oh wait. she’s right

 

“N-no! I was just hurrying because mom was very thirsty that time. I don’t want her to scold me” I reasoned out

 

 

“But why did you take so long to give her a glass of water though? Was I so distracting that you even forgot about your mom. Damn joohyun” Then she laughed. damn you seungwan

 

 

“Because you texted me you dumb . Of course I ought to reply. But anyways never mind” I sighed. I’m not winning in this
