chapter four
Misunderstanding
~
After school this decided to walk me home because he believes that I'm too 'clumsy'
"I'm not clumsy okay?!" I yelled angrily
"Oh watch out!" he said and pulled me away from a pole that I....was about to bump into... "You don't know how convincing you sound right now" he said sarcastically while rolling his eyes. Okay is it me or do I have the worst timing for everything?
"Okay you got me this time" I nodded to hide my embarrassment
"You would think pregnant people would be more careful with their bodies" he said mockingly
"Let me tell you this one more time, I'm-" a loud truck passed us by "-pregnant"
"Let me tell you one more time, I KNOW YOU'RE PREGNANT!" he said, probably starting to get annoyed. He started walking ahead of me
"What the hell!" I said to myself. I seriously have bad timing! First the bell and now that stupid truck!
He looked back at me "Are you coming?"
"Of course..."

When I got home my parents, being the friendly people they are started talking happily to Nakajima...
"So you're her boyfriend?" my dad asked happily
"Dad!"
"Actually I'm just her cla-"
"You're so handsome! Suzuka, I never thought you would get such a handsome boyfriend" my mom smiled and she stared at Nakajima "You're her first boyfriend. You must know, she has bad luck when it comes to guys..."
"Mom!"
"Yeah" my dad nodded "You wouldn't believe how she failed to confessed to her crush last year. She told the guy to meet her at the front of school at 3 but since she got detention and she was late, she was running in the hallways and she slipped and fell and fainted because she hit her head on the lockers!"
Nakajima looked at me and burst out laughing, I immediately blushed
"He thought she was a freak so he never talked to her again" my mom added
"Okay are you done embarassing me?!" I yelled at them
"They chuckled "No, we haven't even started"
Why do I have to be so close to my parents that I tell them everything that happens in my life?
"Are you serious?" he burst out laughing hearing another one of my embarrassing stories from my parents
"What now?" I rolled my eyes
"You slammed your pinky toe while trying to close the bathroom door?" he said between laughs.
I blushed "I forgot to remove my foot okay?!"
(A/N: This is a true story btw. Suzuka-chan was talking about it in some show she was in. She said she broke her toe XD)
And he even stayed for dinner. But that's not the bad part, the bad part is that my older brother joined in and all three of them decided to tell my embarrassing stories to him. Why do I have to have SO MANY?! Maybe Nakajima is right... I am clumsy? Wait no I'm not! I will never admit it!
"Suzuka, will you stop stabbing your salad and walked Yuto-kun to the front?" my dad said.
I rolled my eyes and stood up.
"It was fun" he laughed
"It was so NOT fun! I'm so embarrassed" I blushed
"Thanks for inviting me to dinner" he smiled
"You are welcome to come here anytime" I said "I'm pretty sure they already ran out of my embarassing stories" I joked
"Not according to your brother" he chuckled
"Are you kidding me?!"
He laughed "Anyways, see you tomorrow"
"Bye" I waved.
My parents are way too friendly and talkative for their daughter's own good!
"Your boyfriend seems like a nice person" my brother said when I came back in.
"He's not my boyfriend" I rolled my eyes
"I'm glad you've found such a great guy" my dad smiled proudly.
And of course they don't listen to me.
"I'm going to my room!" I rolled my eyes
"She's embarrssed" my mom chuckled.
