Kyungsoo doesn't really care about Valentine's Day (lie), not because people don't like him, on the contrary; girls and boys ask him out all the time (to which he politely declines).
No, it's because the one person he actually wants to be with probably only sees him as a good hyung and that is so frustrating.

Foreword
Jongin had a crush on somebody.
His Jongin had a crush on somebody, and was about to be outed to the whole school. He felt his heart sink a little at the thought of Jongin crushing on someone, and his words, though meant to be harsh and confident, came out weaker than intended.
"Don't be a jerk, Shijuk"
It was almost slow motion as he watched the bully tear open the card and read aloud.
"My dearest Kyungsoo, we've known each other for quite some time now, right? I don't know if you realise how much you mean to me, so I'm going to write it out for you because you know I'm not great with words"
Kyungsoo? Kyungsoo?
As in him?
Like, him? Do Kyungsoo?
Wait a second....Jongin has a crush on him?
The realisation came crashing down on him and he probably would've squealed and happily jumped about if it wasn't for the sound of mocking laughter bringing him back to the present moment.
