On the year 1994, the government announced their first Mall Project, AB Mall. It aims to be one of the biggest malls in Asia that will give families the best service and place to hangout during Family Day.The project started around November, which was going smoothly, until the Prime Minister requested that the Mall should be done in a month so that families could enjoy it at Christmas. Rushing the Mall Project caused it to collapse burying atleast 50 out of the 200 workers on site including the fathers of Jung Krystal, Kim Jongin, Yoon Bora, Lee Hoya and  Kim Dongjun.The government covered it up saying that it only collapsed and none of the workers were harmed. They payed the remaining relatives of the workers so that no one will say anything with regards to the incident. Bang Yongguk, on the other hand, was left abandoned after the incident.

After 17 years, the five of them got together to form an Undercover Team, GCU, led by Bang Yongguk with the help of the independent media, Jeong-ui, who were formed because of their passion in computers and media, to reveal inhumane activities that the Government has done and still doing up until the present time.
