"Has a list of names been complied yet? I asked for them the day after both the November and December ability assessments, was I not clear enough on my instructions?" Kim Youngmin growled, staring venomously at the four heads of departments that had conjugated in his office this particular morning.

Though perhaps this morning started off as normal, it was painfully obivious that this day was going to get a hell of a lot worse.

"Of course we did. Do you doubt our abilities to do so?" Minwoo retorted, dropping the file down onto the empty table in front of him. "Recommendations, abilities and abilty ratings; whole files are in here. We have collected everything that you'd need to create another group." He continued, taking no heed to Youngmin's darkening scowl, merely doing his job in explaining why the file was buldging at the sides with papers.

However his explaination did little to satisfy the CEO, his comment having agitating him far more than he was iously; particularly as he was still on edge after dealing with men that had been acting like 5 year olds because of his multiple legal issues and their internal problems.

"Good. Where are the female coaches though? They are the ones whom train these girls, they should be the ones here to help select them." Youngmin questioned, eyeing up the bald male first, always being the one to feel his wrath first, even over a cup of coffee. The only reason known to keep him as an instructor was his predecessor, Lee Soo Man, whom favoured the man.

"Not here. But you have eyes, I know you can see." Minwoo's snide comment caused an instant fury to blaze within his sajangnim's eyes, the latter opening his mouth to shout, only to be silenced by another statement about the task at hand.

"They feel as if they would be no help in choosing, as some may be biased towards certain trainees. As we who don't work with the females, we felt it better if we help decide on the sole basis of skill and talent." Byunghoon, the 30 year old male rap head, said in an effort to pacify both parties before this became more so a bloody battle field rather than a civilized meeting btween men.

However it did little to douse the heated fire that was harboured between both men, and had been blazing strong than the sun for years, but it was able to put their little spat to rest in the mean time until they could finish their business and go about their days normally.

"Now how many are we going to put into this group?" Hojun, the variety head insisted, his pace of voice rushed in manner and pronunciation. Hojun was a tall man, particularly standing at a height of 6"1', but was a very speedy man. He was in and out, his lessons were always just the basics and what you needed to know. He said minimal, and would prefer to sit and do nothing but watch a pair of babies fight.

"Larger numbered groups have failed in the past, and are more likely to have problems associated with them; and the current trend in girl groups is four or five. This time I want five in a group so we can further spread their reaches out on shows, but still keep it small enough to easily manage and control them." Youngmin dictated roughly, his voice clear that he wished to have them unable to have anything if it meant bad publicity or lawsuits.

The statement was acknowledged, and quickly written down on the yellowing paper of the file in scrawny, chicken scratch. Before the group looked back up to their sajangnim.

"Now lets move on gentlemen. Take a seat and we'll discuss trainees that are fit for the roles within the group." Youngmin then continued, waving to the cold seats around the small table that had been used for the previous meeting.
​The command echoed, an unknowledged meaning hidden, 'You will listen to me, I am your sajangnim.'

"Here is the trainees that fit the outlined criteria, and are eligible to be chosen." Sungwoo spoke for the first time, spreading out just under 20 photos of girls across the table. "They are spread out into what they major in, this pile being vocal, this dance, and this rap." He explained, pointing to the groups of photos.

"Now its just up to where you'd like to begin." 

Second teaser redo, so they will all look prettier. Basically 5 teaser including the instructors and Youngmin himself, while the other five are just personal teasers for each member.
