Byun Baekhyun was an accomplished person. Always getting straight As in high school, enrolled in the best university, and graduated as one of the top students. All seemed to be going extremely well for him, and no one would disagree that he had a bright future.

But the consequences of being an over-achiever eventually caught up with him. Baekhyun couldn't handle the ups and downs in his life and fell into depression, and was gradually convinced that he himself was a mistake.

There was only one person that stayed by his side throughout his degration, and that person was Kim Jongdae. He often told Baekhyun to believe in himself, and kept the small hope inside Baekhyun alive. He loved Baekhyun more than anything else in the world, and he wouldn't hesitate to sacrifice himself for him.
