One Year Ago (Hanbin POV-Flashback)

White, crystal-like snowflakes falling from the sky as I look up into the night sky. I'm reaching my limit. The bruises and cuts all over my body was staring to take its toll, the cold air was doing nothing except to quicken the numbness of my body. "Is this how I'm going to die? In an alley bruised up because of those stupid monsters that beat me up because I told them that I would stop giving them money for their damn games? No one is going to help a person lying down in the streets. Alone forever--not one person by my side." My eyes are getting heavier and heavier to keep open.The wintery snow is engulfing my entire body. This is the end. The light before me was getting dimmer and dimmer. Then, a female silhouette stops in front of me, an angel sent from heaven was the last thing I saw before my eyes completely shut. 

The next time I opened my eyes I was at the hospital. It was the middle of the night. I looked around the room and I felt something smooth beside my right hand. It was a girl. "Was she the angel that I saw? The one that saved me?"  Her face was a rare beauty. The moonlight coming from the window accentuated her features. A delicate nose, naturally stained cheeks, plump pink lips, and ivory silk hair that stop just at her waist. A natural beauty. She was sleeping so soundly that any noise that was produced would startle her, but she still slept with a peacful and angelic face.The fatigue that my body had taken was up to its limit and my eyes slowly shut. 

The sun coming from the window woke me up, but something felt different from when I woke up in the middle of the night. I wondered what was different and looked around me. The girl that was sleeping next to me was gone. The angel that saved me. I want to see her. I need her. At that moment I made a decision. I will not be a weak man anymore. I can't be pushed around my whole life. I'll change. I'll change for her.
