You were there
In my wonderful dreams
So bright yet so vague
Appearing seemly

You were there
In my dull mind
Painting colors everywhere
A rainbow I can't find

You were there
In the lonely house
Smiling like everything's fine
And it made the home shine

You were there
In the stormy sea
Ships are nowhere to be seen
But you didn't sink

You were there
In the darkest pit of hell
And you almost lost sanity
But you—the hope

You were there
You shined the brightest
You're no heartless
You make me the happiest

And so you are here now
In my hopeless heart
Giving me the warmest hug
