Chapter 8

**

3 days after Seohyun left Yoong became lazy in studying again. Sometimes he’ll just sleep in class or sometimes even ditch it. Sooyoung knows that whenever Seohyun isn’t here Yoong always has this tendency to get out of focus.

“Yah! Kwon Yoong we have a chapter examination tomorrow you better study.” Sooyoung said when their class ended

“Yeah I will study at home.”

“Remember last time you also failed the test you don’t want to fail again right?”

“Yeah Soo I know.”

“Okay. uh hey buddy I can’t go home with you today.. Sunny told me we’ll be having dinner at her house tonight.” When Yoong heard that he smirked

“Dinner at her house? Sounds fun Soo.” He wiggled his brows

“Oh stop it you dirty mind!” he ignored his friend and packed his things “I’m gonna go now! bye!” he waved before he left.

Young was left in the room.. he looked around and didn’t saw Krystal again. Why is that girl always in a hurry? he decided to just roam around the campus first then he unexpectedly saw Krystal sitting at the bench near the soccer field.

So this is where she’s always at? He walked near her and tapped her shoulders. Krystal clenched her heart dramatically when he saw Yoong.

“Oh my God you scared me!” she said as she scoots away

“He-he sorry.” he said as he took a sit beside her “What are you doing here anyways?” he looked at her as if studying all her features.

“Nothing just killing some time before I go home.” She answered still staring at the field “It’s really nice here.. it’s quiet and peaceful.”

“You like quiet places?”

“Yeah I like it.” She turned around and was surprised that he’s staring at her for a while. “Uhh.” She awkwardly backed away and avoided his gaze “I kind of want to be alone anyways.” She whispered

“Huh? Why is that?” Yoong frowned “No one wants to be alone.”

“I don’t know? Maybe I’m weird.” She chuckled

“No you’re not..” Yoong smiled “You’re actually pretty.” He blurted out before he covered his mouth

“What?” Krystal looked at him and raised a brow “What is that?”

“Uhh.. I uhh. The sky is really pretty today right?” he reasoned as he looked at the skies above them “Look.” Soojung looked above too and smiled

“Yeah kinda.”

They both stayed silent for a while until they heard Yoong’s stomach grumbled. Soojung laughed hard and Yoong just pouted.

“YAH! I’m hungry.”

“Well then we should eat.”

“EAT!” he grabbed Soojung’s hand and dragged her outside the school campus. Soojung was smiling inside while looking at Yoong’s hand holding hers.

“What do you want?” he asked when they got outside where there are a bunch of food stalls. Soojung wasn’t able to answer as she’s still looking at their intertwined hands.

“Hey!” Yoong called her

“Huh?”

“What do you want?” Soojung who got awoken of her trance slowly pulls her hands off him.

“Oh I’m sorry! I didn’t notice I was still holding your hand.” Yoong laughed “So what do you like?”

They ended up ordering hotdogs in a bun and fried potatoes. It was Yoong’s treats for he was the one who brought them there. Soojung promised that next time it will be hers.

“Thanks for the food.” Soojung said when they finished eating

“Hahaha! Next time you’ll be the one paying.” They both laughed

“I just noticed where’s Sooyoung and Seohyun?”

“Ahh Sooyoung is with his girlfriend.. and Seohyun? You didn’t know?” Soojung shook her head “Ahh right I’m sorry. Well she is going to participate in this Asian Musical Contest that will be held in Tokyo.. so yeah that’s why she’s not here.”

“Woah that competition is big! Daebak!”

“Yeah.” He smiled shyly

“That explains why you and only Sooyoung are on your lunch table.” Soojung m
