Description
Ha Muk High School is a school with a special system. The student council have the absolute authority in the entire school. However, in order to be in the student council, you have to be in the top 5% of the grade.Besides that, half of the entire student population have to agree, otherwise... that means, you have failed. Park Ji Yeon is the president of the student council. Being pretty and smart,she's the goddess in everyone's eyes...except for one—Kim Seok Jin, as known as the trouble child.

Author note: This story is about Kim Seok Jin, a troubled kid that deals with lots of problems. He is an intelligent boy but he pretends otherwise. He skips school for unknown reasons, which earns him a lot of warnings from the president. He's friends with the vice–president, secretaries and treasurers from the student council....
