By the way, this story starts in the year 2016, when Jihyun starts her second year of university.

Not all the characters in the story are included in the poster! So I may add in other Exo members or members of other groups as I go along!

Character Breakdown

Kyungsoo (Squishy) - Assistant CEO of Do-Be Corporations, a leading cosmetics brand company. Loves Jihyun but cannot express anything when in the company.

Jihyun - Now a university student who aims to join Do-Be Corporations as the Advertisement Manager. Has a love-hate relationship with Kyungsoo. Although she still loves him, she acts like she doesn't and pushes him away.

Kai (Jongin) - A trainee idol under a famous label. Is known for creating the most trouble out of all the other trainees because he always sneaks out to meet Hwajae. (aww)

Hwajae - Now a university student taking dance course. Aims to join the same label Kai is in as a backup dancer.

Kris - Kyungsoo's secretory. Always wears a poker face, but goofs off when with the group. He was looking for a job after moving to Seoul with Hyori and Kyungsoo hired him since they knew each other in the past and he was in need of a secretory urgently. Since they only talked about work, it was never mentioned to Kyungsoo that Jihyun is in Seoul too.

Hyori - Joint owner of Squishy Cakes with Ji ae. Co-creator of the new chat group. Takes care of finances and other miscellaneous stuff until Soojoon comes to take over the finances in the shop.

Soojoon - Studying in a university back in his hometown. Plans to join Ji ae and Hyori in their bakery business after graduating.

Ji ae - Joint owner of Squishy Cakes with Hyori. Creator of the new chat group. Does most of the baking and cooking in the shop.

Lay (Yixing) - A part-time composer who writes scores for major entertainment companies occasionally, leaving him with the choice of having a second job if he wants to. Was added into the group because he was thought to be close to Jihyun.

Baekhyun - A lyricist working for an entertainment company. Nobody really knows why he's in the group.

(Squishy Cakes is a bakery founded by Ji ae and Hyori. It is also the place where Squishycookies and Jongjae go on dates often.)

Pairings Breakdown

Squishycookies - Consists of Kyungsoo and Jihyun. A ship that dates as far back as when Jihyun was still studying in high school, though not very consistent.

Jongjae - Consists of Kai and Hwajae. The dancing detective couple. Is the most consistent ship out of all the pairings.

Ace (Aesoo) - Consists of Soojoon and Ji ae. The cool couple, as everyone says.

Kyori (Stalker&Stalkee/Horfun/Hyofan) - Consists of Kris and Hyori. The ship that is named after a type of noodles because Ji ae was obsessed over the particular food when she visited another country, leaving no say for both parties in the ship. Although the rest said that Kyori sounds nicer.

BaekedLays - Consists of Baekhyun and Lay. An imaginary ship that everyone insists as they are the only single people in the group. (And Lay's aren't even baked, they're deep-fried!)
