Prologue
Miles Away From YouDriving down memory lane, I feel a sense of regret that our roads were set apart. I can still vividly remember how you sat down at the same bench everyday after school finished. I can recall how your hair rested on top of your shoulders perfectly. How you managed to look so good without any effort, I have yet to know. Did you, for a second, take note of my presence? Do you remember me, someone you've never met before?
If you were to take just one more glance at me, would our roads have crossed? You're standing right in front of me, yet I feel like I'm miles away from you. You're no stranger to my heart. How we've managed to meet at the same place after all of the years that have passed, only coincidence would know. I feel like I'm being given another shot, but I can't find any courage in me to even talk to you. To make things right without having any bit of regret for never introducing myself to you, can you navigate me towards the way to your heart?
I stared intently at her, as if to convey my message to fate.
