You have gotten ready early in the morning. You pluck some flowers from the garden and decorated Minhwan’s tombstone.
“Oppa, it’s pretty isn’t it? Watch over me today okay oppa?” you smiled at his picture.
“Yah. Are you done talking to yourself? I’m hungry..” L.Joe suddenly appeared from behind.
“I’m not talking to myself. Can’t you see that I’m talking to Minhwan oppa? And you could have just spread some strawberry jam on your bread.” You scolded him off.
“But.. I like your cooking.” He mumbled his words.
You stood up. “Say that again?”
“Say what?” he blinked.
“The sentence you said before.” You walked closer to him.
He backed away. “I’m hungry?” he faked innocence.
“No. No. After that.” You were still walking towards him.
Your face was just inches away from him. “Okay! Okay!... I like your cooking okay!?”
Your face reddened. “I-I’ll fix something up for you.” You awkwardly walked to the kitchen.
“Here’s an American-style breakfast.” You took off the apron.
Before you could go, he held on to your wrist. “This is too much for me. Eat some before you leave.”
L.Joe has been there with you for a week now. But there were no signs of Jiyong or the others. Eating with L.Joe everyday was kind of awkward at first but you loosen up a bit after getting used to it. The other times with him was boring. He would just do his own things and ignore you.
