" Unnie,is Fany unnie coming today? "

" Molla.Wae? "

" If she's coming,then we should do something for her since today is her birthday. "

" Ah...I have to go to work now.Annyeong. "

Instead of heading straight to work first,I went to the mall.I had to find something for Fany.I bought something pink for her
since she love pink so much.After buying the gift,I went to work.I reached the 7th level in less than five minutes.Once I 
got there,Soo was using her computer.

" What are you doing? "

" Browsing online shopping stuffs.Why are you late? "

" I went to the mall to buy a present for Fany.Should we make a surprise party for her? "

" We totally should! "

" Okay.Then,we have to act out a hidden camera.Pretend that we don't know it's her birthday today.Then,you will go to my
house so that you and Krys will prepare everything.Okay? "

" Arasso.Can Hyo come along?Since she and Fany are friends. "

I nodded and headed to Fany's room.I crossed my fingers.

When I entered the room,Fany got up from her seat and kissed me lightly on my lips.I smiled.She seemed to be in a very 
good mood today.I hugged her before sitting on the guest chair.She sat opposite me and smiled at me brightly.

Act...I have to act...

" Why are you looking at me like that? "

I knew that she was expecting me to wish her a happy birthday.

" Do you know what day is today? "

" It's a Friday.1st August. "

Tiffany's POV

" It's a Friday.1st August. "

I was stuck for a moment.Did she just say that?

Maybe she's just fooling around...

I tried to rephrase the question again.

" I mean,today is a special day.Do you know why? "

She frowned and her eyeballs looked up,which meant that she was thinking.Had she forgotten about my birthday?How
could she have?Then,her eyes lit up.I smiled,thinking that she got it.

" Ah!Today is the day that the client from US is coming,right? "

My shoulders drooped.My smile weaken.I was on the verge of tears.Instead of crying out loud,I smiled and nodded.

" Ne.That's why today is special. "

My heart was in two and I could not find the other half.I opened my file and looked at it,holding back my tears.Sica,instead
of realising her mistake,she was acting all innocent.Did she really forget my birthday?

" I'll get back to my work. "

Without saying sorry?Or Happy Birthday?

She gave me a light speck on my cheek and went out of the room.As soon as the door closed,my tears which I held back
just now,came pouring out.I was no idea what was happening to her.Did I do something wrong which made her forget my
birthday?I wiped my tears away.

Maybe she will wish me later...I hope Soo doesn't forget too...

Sooyoung's POV

When office hours was over,I quickly packed my bag.While I was packing,Fany walked out of her room and locked her 
door.I continued packing,acting as if I did not see her coming.

" Sooyoungie,want to hang out later? "

" Mianhe.I am so busy today.I can't go. "

That's the lamest excuse,Soo!

" Busy with what?I thought you had finished your work. "

" Yes,I had.Later on,I have to help prepare for my cousin's wedding. "

She pouted.I was relieved that she bought in my lie.Fany then went to Sica,who was also packing.I was sure that Sica
will accept Fany's offer.Sica had to take Fany to her house later for her surprise party but only after Krys and I had 
finished getting the party ready.

" Sica,you want to go to the mall? "

" Sure.I don't have anything on anyway. "

So far so good...

" Okay.Then let's go to your house. "

Both Sica and I were astounded by Fany's reply.She could not step into Sica's house because that would be where the
surprise party will be held.

To my relief,Sica got our back as soon as possible.

" Oh,we can't.Appa will be receiving visitors from other country and it will be a full house.Why don't we go to the beach? "

Fany nodded,agreeing to going to the beach.I smiled secretly.After bidding them goodbye,I fetched Hyo and went to Sica's
house.Krys opened the door.At first,she was confused to see us but after I explained everything to her,she understood.The
three of us went to the convenient store nearby to see what we can buy for the party.After buying the things we needed,we 
went back to the house to decorate everything.

Jessica's POV

We went to the beach after work.I got a text from Soo saying that they had started on the decorations.I really hoped that 
everything would go well.

Sorry,Fany,if I hurt you...

" I think after this we can go to my house.Appa said the guests are leaving soon. "

" Arasso... "

Fany was gloomy and she did not have the smile that she always had.I knew that it was because of the fact that I did not 
wish her a happy birthday.But,I was doing that for her sake too.

" Are you okay? You seem sad. "

" It's nothing.I'm just tired. "

" I know you,Fany.There must be something wrong. "

" Aniyo,nothing's wrong. "

Just then,my phone beeped.I got a text message from Soo.

>Sooyoungie<

You can come now.We've prepared everything.Give me a text when you've reached.

I smiled after reading the message.I got up and pulled Fany to get up.

" Let's go.Appa said they've left. "

The whole journey to my house was silent.I knew Fany was upset with me but I could not say anything because of her
surprise party.I did not want to ruin it.I had to stay strong.When the car stopped infront of my house,I took out my phone
and informed Soo that we had arrived.She told that the three of them will be surprising Fany with the cake when she
enters the door.

Everything's going well...

Fany and I got off the car and headed to the door.

" Erm,you open the door first. "

Fany opened the door.

" HAPPY BIRTHDAY! "
