Key’s POV

Unlike my brothers, I don’ like to use my power to fight with anyone. I prefer helping people treat their wounds than hurting them. I didn’t tell them about another power. I can the partner’s enegry out, and made them weaker or faint. But I never did it, except only in dangerous situations. I had a best friend – Nicole – who I had a crush secretly. I and Nicole went to the same class in elementary school. However, since I attended the junior high school, we weren’t in the same class. I still kept a good friendship. Every day, at lunch break, I went to her class, and asked her have lunch with me.

In a beautiful day, I went to Nicole’s class as usual. I saw a guy was holding Nicole’s hands. He swung her hands around as begging her for something. Then Nicole shook her head. I guessed she refused her. I thought he might be a new guy going crazy for Nicole. Suddenly, he hugged Nicole tightly and rubbed his head against Nicole’s chest. I felt angry, how could he flirt with her like that? And another thing I surprised was, Nicole didn’t push him away, let him do that. “Do they have special relationship” I thought. But I was boiling now, I stool Nicole away. 

-          Stop it, what’re you doing to Nicole? – I walked towards them, and shouted

They startled, and separate to each other immediately. They stared at me in a few seconds

-          Hi, Key – Nicole said

-          Did he do something ert to you? – I asked Nicole

-          He …? – Nicole’s eyes opened widen 

Then I wrapped his collar right away, and warned him “Don’t bother, Nicole. Don’t you see she shake her head, and reject you?” The boy looked at me with confused eyes.

-          No, Key. You mis... – Nicole stopped my track

-          Don’t worry, Nicole. I’ll protect you – I cut her off

-          Are you nut? – that guy said and pushed my hands away from his body

-          I’m not crazy or nut. – I said

-          What are you to Nicole? Don’t interfere between us – he said and took Nicole’s hands

-          Stay away from Nicole – I shouted at him

-          What if I don’t do it? – he gave me challenge face

-          Then … Then I’ll beat you to death – I warned him again

Actually, I didn’t mean to hurt anyone. I hate fighting, but he’s stubborn and kept bothering Nicole.

-          A ha, I’m so “scared”. Look at you first. A womanish boy, your body is as thin as a lath – he pointed to my chest

He started making fun of me in front of Nicole. I didn’t want Nicole think me as a coward or womanish one. I closed my fist hard, and used all my strength, punched into his face.

Amber’s POV

Nicole is my best friend since I attended this school. We didn’t join in the same school, but we’re in the English club together. I was asking Nicole attend my birthday at my mansion. But she said she couldn’t go. I begged her for attending my birthday. I tried to use my cuteness to convince her. I swung her hands around, rubbed my head against her chest.

Suddenly, a boy shouted at me. He thought I was bothering Nicole. He even misunderstood me as a ty boy. I used to be misunderstood as a boy frequently, because I didn’t wear girls’ uniforms. I hated it, very uncomfortable. But that was the first time someone called me ert. “Is he nut?” I thought. Then he wrapped my collar, sorry to him, I’m not a weak one who let everyone bully me. I saw he’s quite concern about Nicole. “Does he like her?” I thought. Then I started teasing him.

I saw he closed his fist, I knew he was going to hit me. I’m ready to fight with him. As he punched his fist, I used my power to vanish underground in a twinkling. Then I appeared again from underground in another place where was away from him about some meters. He punched it too strong, he couldn’t stop it, and punched into the wall. I bet that fist would be hurt a lot.

-          Haha , You’re so slow. Wow, that would be hurt a lot – I

I saw his hand is red, and bleeding. He rubbed his hand lightly, and then his wound was slowly healed completely. I was shock. He had power to treat the wounds.

-          It’s not hurt anymore, I won’t let you arrogant – he said

I looked around, and saw a wall in front of me. I had a naughty idea. I would trick him. “I’m going to entice him run after. Then I will run through the wall, he won’t notice the wall in front of him, then he will bump it” I smiled evilly. And started my plan

-          Catch me if you can – I ran towards the wall

He ran after me. I need to make him neglect and not notice the wall in front of him. I shouted “womanish gay” louder and louder. His red was red, and totally pissed off. The wall was away from me a few meters. Actually, I’m not good at running. And I’m a girl, my physic strength can’t compare to the boy. The gap between us got shorten and shorten. Finally, he took my wrist. I bit his hand strongly to escape from him. I escaped successfully. I laughed out loud. But I realized he didn’t run after me anymore. I was about to run through the wall, but I bump into it hard. “What happened to me?” Why could I not walk through the wall? I fainted right away and everything went blank

Key’s POV

I almost could catch him. But he bit my hand hard. He’s cheating. Biting didn’t fit for a man do it. I stopped following him, because I saw the wall in front of me, and I knew I was being trick by him. He planned to entice him bump into the wall. I’m not the stupid one. Before I stopped running after him, I used my power to out his energy. As I predicted, he bump into the wall hard, and faint right away. His forehead was swollen, and bleeding. Now I win to him. I laughed out loud

I turned back and saw Nicole ran towards me. I bet she would thank me a lot because I made him stop bothering her

-          Amber, Amber – Nicole yelled and ran towards that boy who was laying down on the ground

-          Key , Key, help me – Nicole continue saying

-          Why do I must help him? – I said

-          You misunderstood us, she’s my friend. – Nicole said

-          She…? – I rolled my eyes

-          Yes, Amber is a girl. She begged me join in her party, but I can’t – Nicole said

-          A girl? He is a …she – I hesitated

-          Yes. She’s not the guy as you thought. Help me now, she fainted – Nicole said

-          OMG, I fought with a girl – I said

Then I gave that boy … oh no … that girl piggyback to the clinic. I couldn’t believe a girl could be look like a guy like that. When I carried her, I realized she’s very light, and soft. I mean … I mean her chest … when her chest’s against me. Now I could make sure that’s a girl. I never want to fight with anyone, especially with a girl. If I knew she’s a girl, I wouldn’t fight with her, and hurt her. I felt so guilty.

Amber’s POV

Oh my head’s so hurt. I looked around, and realized I saw in the school’s clinic. I wanted to sit up, but my body felt so exhausted. I didn’t have any strength. I tried to remember why I was here. I remembered that I bump into the wall, and faint right after that. But who took me here?

-          Ah, you’re awake – that boy who just now fought with me, said

-           You … why are you here? – I said

-          You fainted, so I carried you here – he said and handed my an orange juice bottle

-          You fought with me, then help me. What do you want? – I said

-          First, I want to apologize you for misunderstanding and hurting you. Nicole told me everything. I thought you were a guy. So … anyway I don’t want to hurt anyone, especially a girl – he pursed his lips

-          Okay, I accepted your apology. This thing also started from me, I shouldn’t tease you. But I have something to ask you -  I said

-          Ask me – he said

-          Why did my body feel weaker when you touch me? I usually walked through the wall, but just now I couldn’t – I said

-          Um … I have another power. I could the energy out when I touched someone. But don’t worry, you power will came back nomarlly after a few hours – he explained

-          Ah… I got it. I remembered my head bump into the wall very hard, but I have no wound – I said

-          I treated it, so you won’t feel painful anymore – he said

-          Thanks for treating and carrying me here – I said

He gave me a big smile. At least, he had manners, and was kind. I thought he would leave me there, didn’t help me. But he actually helped me. Not only treating my wound, but also carrying me to the clinic.

-          My name’s Key. Nice to meet you – he offered a shake hand

-          Amber. I don’t think our first meeting is nice, but not really bad – I shook his head

-          Be friends, okay? – he said and offered a high-five

I nodded my head, and did a high-five with him. Since that, we became friends. Nicole, Key and I usually have lunch together. I realized that Key was  a good guy, who usually help everyone around him. And his cooking is very good. He often tutored me and Nicole in household arts at school
