Until She Came Along
Description
Jiyong's hardship as Bigbang's leader... The burden he carries on his shoulder and the scruitiny of the public that lead him spiraling into the deepest and darkest corner of his mind. A story of lost hope, lost dreams, and the power to pull oneself back. This time it is angst-y but something worth reading. Wrote the foreword in bed at 2am. I will post this up tomorrow... Well technically today after I get some sleep. It's funny how once I started to write I can't seem to stop. :)
Edit: The story went down a path I did not expect, and so the description isn't as accurate anymore. But because I like what I wrote there so much I'm going to just leave it =)
Fame comes with a price. Jiyong's and Bom's encounter with the public scrutiny and hate. This is a story of how they each dealt with it together and helped one another grow stronger. This story I believe describe my outrage at how irrational I find korean netizens to be at times or the media in general regarding the celebrity own personal life. And the sadness and grief I felt for these two in their darkest moments. It is not intended to offend anyone, it just my pov. We're all human no one is perfect.
Foreword
Just because he appears strong doesn't mean he's not weak. Just because he's talented doesn't mean he's not lacking. Being the leader comes with a price. As the years passed he realizes just how lonely he has become. He finds a hole and hides himself in it. Afraid of the backlash and hate his fame has brought him. A black wall surrounds him and no one is able to penetrate. No one that is, until she came along.
