Namjoon thought that every hospital only worked to fix the patient's health, not also to give them a space to do what they liked.

His eyes blinked as he couldn’t believe what he was seeing.

There were a lot of musical instruments in that room. There was the drums that were placed at the end of the room and two guitars were hanged on the wall. There were also keyboards. The room was dull and almost lacked of light as there was only one small yellow lightblub that lightened up the whole room. But the room had another cheerful color with all the instruments inside it.

“Is that what you are practicing?” Namjoon asked. He thought they were talking about some kind of medical therapy, but it turned out to be this

SeulBi nodded from where she was sitting, behind the keyboards. “Most of the hospitals don’t have time for fun, but here we found time for everything.”

“There are healthy club and library too.” Minah said, excited. She was standing next to SeulBi, sticking to her all the time. “But unfortunately there isn’t any swimming pool.”

Namjoon chuckled at Minah’s statement, she always was complaining. “That’s unfortunate for sure, but… Wow! That’s amazing.” Namjoon was amazed that they actually cared for their patient's psychology.

“So, what are you practicing?” Namjoon asked, touching the guitar's strings with his fingertips, gently.

SeulBi took a deep breath before opening to talk. “We are not sure…”

“What?” Namjoon raised an eyebrow, confused.

“We just want to do something cheerful for the patients, so we come up with this. Music! It’s another way for healing souls.” SeulBi said and Namjoon couldn’t help but give her a look of admiration. “We have organized a little party for our patients in two weeks. We do it every month to cheer them up… but we can’t find something meaningful for them.”

Minah cleared , shooting a glare at him when she noticed that he was staring too much at SeulBi. “Me and Unni do things we like to do just like you do what you like.”

Namjoon smiled as he rubbed the nape of his neck. “I know, girl… Do you by any chance... want help?”

“No thanks.” Minah spat quickly, but her eyes widened, looking at SeulBi when she had something else to say.

“That would be great.” SeulBi smiled, hope started to rise within her.

“Unni!” Minah groaned in frustration and SeulBi chuckled, “What? You like him, don’t you? He would be around you like this.”

Namjoon smiled to himself, putting his hands in his pocket. Minah’s cheeks flushed red as she warped her arms around her chest, biting her lower lip. “Whatever.”

“So, it’s a deal.” Namjoon said, clasping his hands together. “Let’s start with work.”

SeulBi smiled and Minah huffed the strands of hair that were falling over her forehead when she blew air out of frustration.

While they kept on collecting the ideas of the song, suddenly Namjoon’s phone started to ring and he reached for it from his pocket.

His expression dropped when he saw who was calling. He looked up at SeulBi, she still had a bright smile over her face.

When it took so long for Namjoon to get the call, SeulBi’s smile started to shrink as she raised her eyebrows in confusion. “Aren’t you going to take it?”

“Take it? Right!” Namjoon returned to his right mind as he excused himself out of the room. The room was built beside the hospital's main building, it wasn’t a part of it. It was just a small room that could be used for storage or private garage. A separated one.

He sighed, the air of the night slapped his face, returning him to the fact why he was in that place in the first place, before picking up his phone. “What?”

“At least say 'Hi' first.” A female voice sound and Namjoon rolled his eyes.

“What do you want?”

“Where are you?”

“You don’t have to know.” Namjoon spat, annoyed by her, calling him, when he was trying to make things calmer. “Why did you call, Hyerim-ah?”

“I wanted to check if you were alright.” She said, trying to show her care for him, but Namjoon knew she only was mocking him.

“I’ll hang up.” Before he could hang up, Hyerim started to talk again. “Namjoon, why are you doing this? Do you hate me this much?”

“Yeah.” He could hear her gasp from the other side of the phone. “Stay away and enough what had happened already.”

“But I--“

“Liar.”

“So are you, Namjoon.” Hyerim spat. “You aren’t any better than me.”

“Yeah, whatever.” And that was the last thing he said, before closing the line. Namjoon sighed, running a hand through his hair.

“Are you okay?”

Spinning around, SeulBi was standing at the doorway, the worried flashed over her face.

“Did you hear anything?” Namjoon sounded so harsh for a moment, making SeulBi flinch from his tone. She nodded, gulping down the saliva that started to collect in .

“You shouldn’t be eavesdropping on the other’s call.” Namjoon said, angrily.

“I didn’t mean to.” She said, her voice was almost a hiss.

“What do you mean, you didn’t mean to?” Namjoon scoffed as he sounded harsher and harsher. “Maybe it would have been better if you also couldn’t hear anything.”

SeulBi’s eyes widened as his words were like a knife stabbing her heart. Her hands started to shake. She clenched her fist on her skirt, trying to stop them from shivering. It was her fault for being a blind, maybe if she could see she would have avoided a situation like this.

Namjoon sighed as the guilt took over him. He took some steps forward toward SeulBi in which she returned with a step backward.

“I’m sorry, SeulBi.”

“No.” She said, her voice was hard and cold, which sent shiver down Namjoon’s spine. “I’m sorry for overhearing your phone call… I was going to the hospital and just heard you. I didn’t mean to...”

“SeulBi, it is okay… I--“

“I have to go.” SeulBi hurried her steps and walked away. She stumbled over her steps, Namjoon panicked, thinking she would fall down, but she was fine as she touched her hand to the wall, finding her way.

“God!” Namjoon ruffled his hair in frustration. He was about to curse when he saw Minah standing at the doorway. She shot a glare at Namjoon which was different from all the glares she gave him before. Tears were twinkling in her eyes like the stars in the sky.

“Minah…”

“Mean.” She spat before running back to the hospital.

Sighing, he cursed for real as he glared at his own phone. He only knew one thing that every time he was trying not to screw up, he ended up screwing up.

Slapping his laptop shut, Namjoon ruffled his hair in frustration. He couldn’t concentrate on working on his group album, nor the song he promised the girls he would help with. His CEO gave him those three months away, to shut the talk about him and also to give him some time to clear up his mind and came up with good music.

He couldn’t let his reputation down just because of a girl who threw herself at him. Who lied to him. He just wanted to help her and she destroyed everything.

Heartbeats dropping, Namjoon remembered the hurt that flashed upon SeulBi’s face a while back. He never meant those words, he was just angry, feeling like everything had been messed up again. Whenever he heard about
