"What's the vertex form of this,hyung?" Jungkook asked Jimin
who's reading a History book-reviewing for their upcoming History exam.
Jimin closed the book and look at the paper
Jungkook's holding and grabbed it.
"I'll write down the formula so you can figure it out by yourself."
Jimin said looking at Jungkook's paper.
Jungkook pouted,Why does this hyung always tease me?,he asked to himself.
While Jungkook and Jimin are helping each other
and studying Seokjin,Taehyung and Namjoon are playing Word Factory.
Yoongi,in his own world,is making new beats and songs.
"I thought Hoseok hyung would be coming to school today."
Taehyung started the conversation. Jimin nodded and replied
"Same here. But he won't answer my texts and calls."
"I sent him a message on Kakao last night," Jungkook paused
and sat down beside Jimin "but he hasn't replied yet."
"I sent him a bunch since we left the resort."
Yoongi said,nonchalantly.
"Maybe he's just real-" Jimin's words were cut off
by the slamming of the door
"Hoseok?" Yoongi looked at the figure ,
who's been shadowed by the light outside,
studying him intently.
The figure closed the door and faced them
with a wide,smiling face. "Hoseok...'s cousin" he laughed
at what he said,the others still unsure of what to say,
kept their eyes on him "Yoo Seungwoo,at your service!"
he continued,not letting go of his sunshine-like smile.
"Seungwoo!" Jungkook stood up from where he was
and walked to Seungwoo who greeted him happily.
"Jeon Jungkook!" he said as they hugged each other
like they haven't talked for a long time. "It's nice to see you again"
"Yeah,it's been year!" Jungkook exclaimed.
"Almost a year." Seungwoo corrected him.
"You two know each other?" Yoongi stood beside them
then followed by the others. Seungwoo nodded in agreement.
"Yup. We've know each other for quite a while." Jungkook explained
looking back and forth to his hyungs and Seungwoo.
"I was at Hoseok hyung's house when he and-is it-Taehyung?
got invited to go at hyung's house." Seungwoo continued
Jungkook's explanation.
The others nodded which is a sign that they're-kind of-getting it.
But still don't know why Hoseok's cousin is here.
"How about we sit." Seokjin offered and they agreed.
"So tell me," Namjoon started after they all sat
"Why are you here?" he said with curiousity blooming in his eyes.
"Hoseok hyung asked me if I could fill him in while he's gone.
He's going to be gone for a week or two,and he needs
to be updated in school. So I'm here." Seungwoo ended it with a smile.
Gosh,is everyone in their family smile like that?,Namjoon thought.
"Where's Hoseok,by the way?" Yoongi contemplated as he ask
the question to Seungwoo,who is still smiling.
"Uncle ask him to go to Switzerland,where he's at now,
for a business proposal." Seungwoo explained to Yoongi.
Yoongi nodded.
"But are you sure you're cousins?" Yoongi ignored the other's looks
and continued "Not brother from another father...or something?"
Seungwoo shook his head
and laughed quietly "No,no hyung. Our fathers are brothers."
"That slightly explains why you look a little like him"
Jungkook said looking intently at Seungwoo as well.
"No,no Kookie. Not a little,but he looks like
he's Hoseok's mini version." Yoongi replied.
"But with a smaller face." Jungkook said and chuckled
by his words. Jimin nodded and laughed a bit.
"Eh? Really?" Seungwoo raised a brow "Okay then"
"Do you want some choco fudge?" Seokjin asked to regain the noise from that awkward conversation.
"Sure hyung. I love choco fudge!" Seungwoo said and Seokjin grabbed
a basket of choco fudge from the table "But don't you have a chocolate mousse here?
I've been craving for that all week. Mom said I have to go on a diet again."
"Chocolate mousse,huh." Yoongi sat back at the couch,
crossed his legs and crossed his arms
"You're gonna be like Hoseok someday,I swear."
The others just laughed at Yoongi's statement
leaving a confused Seungwoo.
"Anyway,how old are you?" Seokjin asked
after he stopped laughing.
Seungwoo smiled and answered "Same age as Jungkook,
but I'm older that him."
Yoongi's eyes widen "Seriously?!" he yelled
and Jungkook looked at him
"You look so much younger than him!
Jungkook looks 20; you look like 14!"
"Hyung!" the other said in chorus
then Yoongi looked at them with
a did i said something wrong?-face.
Seungwoo laughed as he speaks "No,it's okay guys.
I get that a lot. Though I agree,Jungkook looks
really mature for his age."
"I do not!" Jungkook objected with a pout.
Jimin pinched his cheeks and smiles. "Jungkookie so cute!"
"Guys,there's a minor here." Taehyung tried
to cover the two beside him with his hands.
Seungwoo looked at them happily,
the others kept thinking; why do you keep smiling?
Aren't you getting tired of smiling?
After they got to know Seungwoo and his 'purpose' here;
Jungkook,Jimin and Taehyung started talking to him more.
"Yoongi,you should talk to Seungie a little more."
Seokjin said,placing the glass of orange juice in the table.
Yoongi looked at him "Seungie?!"
he narrowed his eyes "What the?!"
"He's gonna be your cousin-in-law soon." Namjoon joked
as he joined the two in the couch and laughed.
"What do you mean?" Seokjin asked.
Namjoon laughed more and answered "You know.."
giving Seokjin a hint though
Seokjin doesn't seem to get it "Ugh. Hoseok!"
Seokjin nodded with an 'oh' forming his mouth.
And Yoongi feeling 40% annoyed,60% embarrassed.
"Pfft." he said as he stood up "You two should get married.
You seem to be the wife-husband types." referring to Namjoon and Seokjin
leaving them and joining the other four's company.
Namjoon looked at Seokjin and faked a laugh
"What the hell is he saying?"
Seokjin nodded and faked a laugh as well.
