Jinyoung stirs and slowly wake up. He feels much comfortable in his position and he wonder since when sitting on a car felt that comfortable. Jinyoung then noticed that he’s in a lying position. He slowly opens his eyes and to his surprised it wasn’t the interior of their car he sees but the ceiling of their house.

Jinyoung blinks and then notice that he’s lying on their couch, complete with blanket and pillows on it. He realized that he’s in the living room.

Jinyoung’s smart and he knows that there’s only one person who could carry him all the way from their car up to the couch. He felt warm feeling surging through his heart just by thinking of the sweet gesture his husband did for him. And then he remembers what happened at the hospital, what the doctor said and his real condition.

Jinyoung starts to feel different emotions. He feels happy, sad, excitement and lastly the feeling of being scared. The doctor said that his condition maybe rare but it happens and he’s not the only one who experienced and experiencing it so he doesn’t have to be afraid but of course deep inside him he can’t help but to get scared, especially after seeing Mark’s reaction upon revealing his pregnancy.    

Mark’s reaction was far from what he’s expecting and frankly he’s scared and hurt by it. He really didn’t know if Mark’s happy about it and suddenly he start feeling more scared and before he knew it, Jinyoung starts searching for his phone. He found his phone near on the small table near the couch. Jinyoung figures out that Mark put his belongings on it. Jinyoung search for a particular number and when he found it, he didn’t hesitate to make a call.

It only takes three rings before his called was answered. Smooth voice with a hint of excitement filled his ear as the person answered his call.

Hearing the familiar voice that Jinyoung trust with his life, Jinyoung almost cries. The person on the other line sense that something’s wrong with Jinyoung and didn’t hesitate to ask Jinyoung what’s wrong and Jinyoung couldn’t help but to tell that person his worries.

Jinyoung talk to the person not that long but he managed to tell everything and the moment he ended the call front door opens revealing Mark, hands full of the things they bought earlier.

Jinyoung stares at his mark and Mark stares back at him, eyes full of concern.

Mark carries the last batch of things he and Jinyoung bought earlier in both of his hands; he opens the front door, carefully trying to make no noise because his dear Jinyoung is sleeping in the couch and he didn’t want to bother him when he’s sleeping.

Mark quietly enters the house. He was about to go settle the things on his hand when he noticed that Jinyoung is already awake. Mark gives Jinyoung a look of worry, thinking that he disturbed Jinyoung’s sleep.

Jinyoung carefully put phone on his side as mark put the plastic bags on the floor and immediately goes to his side.

“Baby, you’re awake. Did I wake you up? I’m sorry.” Mark says as soon as he reached Jinyoung,

Instead of making a reply, Jinyoung just stares at mark. Mark hearing no response from the other gets worried even more.

“Is there something wrong? Are you feeling ill? Do you want to go back to the doctor?” Mark asks voice full of worry.

Jinyoung hearing and seeing ho worried mark is, he couldn’t help giving in to what he’s feeling. He’s not really a crybaby but he can’t help as the corner of his eyes waters and soon tears are falling from his cheeks.

Mark couldn’t help but to panic and gets more worried when Jinyoung starts to cry,

“Baby why are you crying?” Mark asks, his voice more worried than before.

This time Jinyoung finally gave Mark an answer.

“I… I’m just afraid of my condition. Seeing you react after the news... I’m not even sure if you still want to be with me…” Jinyoung cries.

Despite the worry he’s feeling, mark couldn’t help but to frown upon hearing Jinyoung’s reply/

“Why wouldn’t I want to be with you?” Mark then asks.

“B-because I’m pregnant. A guy getting pregnant and that’s just weird. You married a freak and I bet you’re now disgusted.” Jinyoung said as he cries even harder.

It was what really bothering and making Jinyoung upset, his condition and Mark’s earlier reactions about his pregnancy.

Hearing Jinyoung’s words, Mark shakes his head. He can’t believe that those words left Jinyoung’s mouth. Doubting if he still wants to be with him? Being disgusted towards him? That’s just absurd. Never in his life would he feel like that especially towards Jinyoung. Jinyoung is his everything.

Mark raises his hand and gently wipes Jinyoung’s tears away.

“Please stop crying…” Mark asks and then leans forward and kiss Jinyoung’s forehead before gathering him on his arms, holding him.

“I love you Jinyoung and I accept all of you. You’re not a freak, you’re just special. I am not disgusted with you and definitely won’t ever leave your side. I’m sorry if I acted like an idiot earlier. I was surprised about it but I will never ever leave you because of it. Truth is, thinking more about it, I can’t help but getting excited about it. There’s a life inside of you and we created it. I won’t lie about feeling a bit scared raising one but believe me, I know I can do it as long as you’re by my side.” Mark says looking at Jinyoung, eyes full of sincerity and love.

Jinyoung seeing and hearing it, he couldn’t help but believe him. He trust mark’s words and besides his heart tells him that Mark’s telling the truth.  

Jinyoung then couldn’t help but to cry once again, mark seeing the tears he gets worried again.

“Baby why are you still crying?” Mark couldn’t help but to asks.

“I’m just happy.” Jinyoung replies as he hugs Mark.

Mark chuckles a bit hearing the response and returns Jinyoung’s hug.

“I know you’re happy but please stop crying. You know, I don’t like seeing you like that.” Mark reminded Jinyoung as he Jinyoung’s hair.

Jinyoung nods at him and hugs Mark even closer. Jinyoung asked himself how he could even doubt his Mark. He feels a bit guilty for even thinking it.

“I’m sorry” Jinyoung whispers softly.

Mark broke off the hug gently and looks at Jinyoung.

“What for?” Mark asks.

“For doubting you. I’m really sorry.” Jinyoung said looking guilty.

Mark actually understands Jinyoung’s feeling.

Mark shakes his head.
Don’t apologize.  I acted like an idiot earlier. I should be the one apologizing. I scared you and made you think and feel like I don’t want the baby. “Mark said.

“Still, sorry for overreacting.” Jinyoung said.

“Stop apologizing.” Mark said. Jinyoung was about to make a protest but mark cut his words.”It’s alright. Don’t worry. Now smile. They said pregnant person should always smile. It’s good for the baby.” Mark said and Jinyoung nods.

Mark hugs Jinyoung once again which the latter gladly return.

They continue to hug and then snuggle on the couch. Mark forgets the things they bought now lying on the floor as he made himself comfortable holding the most important person in the world for him.

They continue to snuggle on the couch, forgetting everything else and just enjoying the warmth of each other, and also the feeling of security that only each other could provide.

They are enjoying their snuggling session when suddenly the door bell rings.

Mark slowly detached himself with Jinyoung and they both wonder who their visitor is. Mark gets off from the couch and walk towards the door with Jinyoung’s eyes following him.

Mark opens the door and sees someone he’s not really fond of seeing. Well, just a bit, since Jinyoung’s the one who’s normally the one thrilled to see the person in front of him. Mark also noticed the glare address to him. He shrugged his shoulders over it since the person in front of him has a habit of glaring at him ever since he got into relationship with Jinyoung.

Marks then greet the person in front of him, a courtesy.

“What brings you here Jae-“But before Mark could even finish his sentence and utter the name of the person in front of him, the person suddenly throws his fist and Mark surprised by that action that he unluckily wasn’t fast enough to dodge the punch. He got hit on the side of his right jaw. He didn’t fall but he made a few steps back from the impact of the punch.

Mark was about to say something in retaliation but the person who punched him beat him into it.

“That punch was just the first. I’d beat you into a pulp for doing what you did to Jinyoung, you bastard!”  

Those words were said in a dangerous tone that promises hell.
