She smiled as she lightly dragged the pencil around the paper, watching the sharpened point make light swirls. Her original thought had been to write something, but now she was sat down, she couldn't think of how to begin, so instead she allowed the pencil to dance around without much thought or control.

Her mind began to cloud with bittersweet thoughts, a dull ache evident in her heart as she thought of her other half somewhere in Los Angeles. "I wonder what she's doing right now," she thought, "I wonder if she misses me like I miss her."

Even though she knew the other girl loved and adored every inch of her,  it just...She couldn't help but feel a bit of resentment. Her love always seemed so confident, so capable of handling any situation. When she injured her ankle, the prompt for her to return to the States in the first place, she was so calm despite having to of been in so much pain. Tears had clouded her eyes but they never fell, instead her eyes only smiled up at her , as the members began to cloud around and worry over her.

"How does she do it?"  She thought.

"How are you so perfect?"

"AMBER!"
