"I think we need to break up" He said while looking down at the ground. You couldn't believe the words that were coming out of his mouth. You stood there just staring at him stunned. You never thought you would hear those words. All those nightmares of a breakup were coming true. You stood there for what felt like forever until he looked up at you. You didn't feel like crying you felt like you were going to throw up. Those eyes you fell in love with just made you feel sick. The way he looked at you with pity made you feel even worse. You didn't feel like standing there anymore so you got yourself together and took a deep breath. You wouldn't let him see you cry. Not now while your heart broke into a million pieces. You wouldn't let him see you broken down. 

"Ok" With that you turned around and walked out of his apartment. You knew he was probably watching you from the window so you walked to your car with a blank stare holding in your tears. When you got into your car you let out the breath you've holding and started crying. Luckily you parked your car a block away so he couldn't see you from his apartment. You sat in the car with your knees pushed up against your chest while you held onto them. You kept crying. The streets were empty because it was 1 am. After what felt like forever you wiped your tears and turned your car on.
