Prologue

‘Oh God, can I just cry blood—?’

I was so annoyed of those people in the class that I just left the class like ‘innocently’. I was so fed up with them. I feel like hating being a wallflower—I mean, what is so wrong of being such a loner? It is eventually my life; I have the rights to be who I am.

I was kicking the toilet wall so hard that I didn’t realize someone was chuckling.

I looked aside and faced off in embarrass, ‘W…What are you doing here?’ His chuckle then turned louder in a while. I was so confuse what to do; run away or stay.

‘Nah, you won’t know me even if I tell you my name.’ He approached me, making me moving back for some steps. ‘You are that student whom people always been talking about, am I right?’ He questioned, smiling at me.  ‘. . .’ I stayed quiet, unable to react. He chuckled again, ‘Well then, you will know me soon.’ He smiled once again and left me, unable to breathe.

‘Oh dear God . . . who is that guy—’

I was then able to be back to the “present” when someone behind me poked me on the shoulder. I looked back in shock, ‘Oh—’

‘Jisoo? What are you doing here?’ She asked me, making me sighed in relived. ‘Ji-min, you are totally scaring me—’

I said as I made her laugh. ‘I’m sorry, then.’ – ‘Anyway, I saw you with a guy back there before,’ She grinned at me, ‘who is he—your boyfriend?’ I shouted in react, ‘No! I just saw him before.’ Ji-min chuckled, ‘I see . . .  I see . . .’

We walked back to class together as we talk about several things.

‘Oh yeah,’ Ji-min said, making the both of us stop. ‘Are you coming tomorrow?’ I tilted my head, ‘Tomorrow?’ ‘Yes; the camping.’ I continued walking, ‘Yeah, I do. I got my number already, too.’ Ji-min murmured, ‘Oh . . .’

‘I heard there’s a guy who got the same number as a girl—well, that means they’re going to be partners for tomorrow . . .’ Ji-min said, making me shaking. ‘Oh dear God—’ I said the same word for several times,  terrified that I will be paired up with him.
