“Okay, the Hello Kitty.” Saehee chuckled as Lauren spoke to her.

“I love you mommy!” Lauren said from the other line.

“I’ll ship it to you as soon as I find it Laur, say hi to your dad for me.”

“Jackson! Mommy says hi!”

“Oh, I’m your mommy again?” Saehee chuckled.

“Yes, my father enrolled me to summer school and destroyed my plans. That’s why he’s back to Jackson now.”

Saehee chuckled then she put her down.

“Aigoo, Lauren.” She mused before going back to her desk. Then she glanced at her desk calendar, her brows rose up.

Then she called for her secretary.

“Yes, you called for me, ma’am?”

“Can you clear my weekend and Monday to Wednesday next week?”

Jaekyung was typing some files when her phone rang.

“Hello?” She answered, she looked up as Mark stepped out from his office.

“Jie! It’s grandma!”

Jaekyung stood up in panic.

“W—What happened?”

Mark halted and turned to her.

“She collapsed, we’re on our way to the hospital now.”

Jaekyung almost dropped her phone, she grabbed her purse in a rush. Then she paused.

“Is something wrong?” Mark asked her.

“Aniyo, sir, but can I please leave early? I~”

“I have to know what’s wrong first.” Mark replied.

“It’s..my grandmother, she collapsed.” Jaekyung bit her lip, Mark nodded.

“She’s being rushed to the hospital now, and I really need to go. My brother cant help her alone.”

“Then, which hospital?”

Changmin grinned as the younger girl’s brows furrowed as she read the menu.

“I’ll order for you, don’t even bother.” Changmin chuckled before he spoke to the waiter.

Saehee made a face at him.

“So, Jung Yunho called you to check on me again?”

“Yup.” Changmin nodded.

“I hope you told him that I’ve been doing exceptionally well.”

“Not so.” He shook his head.

“Oppa,” She winced, then she looked up.

“What~” Changmin followed her gaze.

Saehee grinned at Himchan as he entered the restaurant. The other male just winked at her before he was ushered to his table. Changmin looked at her warily.

“What now? He’s our partner for the project I told you about.”

“Is it necessary for you to be chummy with him too? He’s a player, Sae.”

“Chummy? And yes, I know that he’s a player.” She mused.

“You already know, so why?”

“Oppa, we’re just friends, seriously. You and Yunho oppa are two peas from the same pod.”

Jaekyung got in the car, Mark started the engine, she typed the hospital’s address on the GPS screen for him. She glanced at her boss briefly.

Her thoughts went back to what the other secretaries talked about earlier.

“We heard! He drove you back to the office! You lucky wench!”

“Jie, he was just being kind, he~”

“He could have just given you money to ride the cab or the bus.”

“He even opened the door for you!”

“Jie, he grew up in a prominent family, it’s a basic thing for them,” Jaekyung had reasoned.

“No, I think he’s different with you. You should grab the chance, our vice president’s a catch!”

“Different?”

“He only speaks to you in this office, plus he even made you join them at the lunch table!”

“Serious~”

“And do we have to mention he specifically drove you back to the office?”

Jaekyung leaned back on the seat, she glanced at Mark briefly.

It was odd, was she falling for someone so quickly?

Was it even possible?

But she liked it.

She liked being with him.
