Trainees and Audition Process
Gemini Project - For the latest news about Yubi EntertainmentTrainees and Audition Process
posted by Gemini on 13 March, 2014
Yesterday, wandering the halls I found out about the incredibly high number of trainees! For an agency as new as Yubi, it is quite surprising to know that they already have a dozen trainees.
I’ve personally been involved in the auditioning and training process so perhaps I could give you some tips, given that some of you might want to apply…
First, the audition is ridiculously easy. You just have to fill a form and then sing a few songs and you’re in. I guess that it’s normal for a new entertainment such as Yubi to accept everyone that audition but I hope they know what they are getting into.
Nevertheless, once you are a trainee, well, you train. You’ll be given tips on how to get better and will be reviewed. I guess Yubi is an agency where the trainee do their own things because the trainees are the ones who have to request for a review. Reviews are done by the staff and they can get pretty intense when they want to, so that’d be a scary experience I don’t really want to go through.
With that many trainees, hopefully we’ll have an Idol project soon… I will cross my fingers and try to keep you in the loop.

About me
If you are wondering who I am, know that I’m not at liberty to say. However, you can call me Gemini, for I will be Yubi Entertainment’s shadow and follow them, reporting the latest news to you! On a personal note, know that I am currently a staff at YubiEnt and although I’m not ranked very high, I know things you probably don’t. Hehe!
