I ran until a was within the range of the source of blood and began to look around. I soon found a body of a boy who looked like he was starved and beaten to death with blue hair. I went to the boy who most certainly dead and pick him up, he was kin of some kind the least I could do was give him a proper funeral.

"who..are..you? why.. am..I..covered..in..blood?"the boy asked like he hadn't talked in a long time.

"my name is Karam, and I don't know why you are covered in blood, kinsman. what is your name?"

"hmm... I think Ravi fits you better." I said

"then my name is Ravi. I don't want to remember the awfull things that he did to my after mom died. I don't want to go back, please save me. I would rather die then go back to my father."

"relax. I'm not going to send you back to the humans we don't mix well with most humans. I'm going to take you to where I live. Have you ever heard of the demon forest ?" I asked as I began to head home walking this time incase ravi has any wounds

"yeah. I was trying to get there before I out. Did I make it?"

"just bearly. we are just past the border. I would take you to the healer but your a demon of illusion,like me."

"where are we going?" Ravi asked

"my house. I need to clean this blood off you and tend to any wounds you may have. brace yourself" I said running the rest of the way to my house. when we arrived I ghosted us through the door because Ravi out again.

"Jay! get the first aid kit bring it to the bathroom fast."

"okay. Karam are you hurt?" Jay asked fast wallking up the stairs

"no, but he is."

"who is this?"

"Ravi. I think he might be my half-brother."

"why do you think your related?" Jay asked

"this" I said showing Jay the tattoo like marking on Ravi's arm

"yeah. It is our inheritance."
