In the midst of all teens we look up to -the popular kids, the varsity players, the kingkas and queenkas -there will always be those people who lack the same spirit and confidence we see in the students. They lack the self - esteem, the wit, and the strenght to showcase their own talents, and it forces them into a crowd of blank faces, unknowns, wallflowers. And the few who decide to challenge the balance, the few who try to step out into the spotlight and create their own individuality are often ridiculed or short down for trying.

Where then, can these people place themselves?

Han Areum finds it comforting to be alone with her thoughts as she lives her life being like a shadow to everyone else's. Though she tries to hide and avoid the judgement of people surrounding her, you can never escape The Populars and their  mouths just to fulfill their desire of seeing how people such as herself suffer and endure.

She hates them, she hates people. she hates the world.

But when she met him on that one faithful day, something changed.
