In The Sakura

Endless Winds

And the breeze blows.

Sharing light kisses with the cherry blossoms

The sunset paints the horizon

As I stand by the sakura tree

And the branches sway;

I hear it,

His voice

On the wood of the sakura tree

And he says

"Dont Cry"

But I can't dry my eyes

As I weep by the Sakura tree

And the tears

They fall

On the petals in my palm

Of the flowers from the sakura tree

And I recall

Right here

In front of this sakura tree

Where he shyly pressed his lips against mine

But I can't forget

Try as hard as I may

What happened to him

On that one fateful day

The tears that waterfalled

Down his cheeks

As he tied one end to the sakura tree

And i was running to stop him

I called out his name

But I was late

Too late

This was happening

This was fate.

And he stuck his neck

Through the end of that rope

And he hanged

Hanged

He hung

All his pent up anger

Frustration

Was gone

By the edge of the sakura tree

But his laughter

His smile

His warmth

HIs love.

Just a hazy, distant memory now

Monkey see, monkey do

So I picked up the rope

And made one too

And tied

One end to the sakura tree

The parched couple necklace

Fit snugly into place

We would forever be locked

In each others embrace

And i hear his voice

"Please. Come to me."

So I did.

Now I hang

Hang

I hung

And my eyes forver stay

Gazing at Sehuns grave

As I hung

From the Sakura tree

We were together again

We were finally free

But our spirits will stay

In the Sakura Tree.
