Gui  Gui  was  preparing  tea  for  her  Mrs.  Zhang  and  Hebe  in  the  backyard  in  the  afternoon.  She  looked  so  pale  because  of  cold.  She  could  felt  the  detergent  still  soaked  in  her  hands.  Mrs.  Zhang  and  Hebe  was  having  a  good  conversation  of  Hebe’s  engagement  next  month.  They  talked  about  rings,  gown,  foods,  and  ballroom.  That  reminded  her  of  Aaron’s  coming  last  night.  He  was  gone  when  she  just  woke  up  this  morning. 

Hebe:  (Calling  someone)  Where  are  you  honey?  Oh…  (Turned  back)

Aaron  came  approach  them,  he  saw  Gui Gui  pale  face,  but  he  didn’t  react.  He  tried  to  ignore  her.  Aaron  kissed  Hebe’s  cheek. 

Aaron    :  Good  afternoon  Mrs. Zhang

Mrs.Zhang:  Good  afternoon  dear.  How  was  your  work?

Aaron    :  Not  very  busy.  But  I  have  to  come  back  to  the  hospital.  I  have  surgery  at  6.

Hebe     :  Oh  come  on,  don’t  talk  about  work.  Here…  lets  choose  our  engagement  ring!

Hebe  offered  him  the  magazines.  Aaron  started  to  check  them

Hebe     :  Gui  Gui,  you  could  go  back  inside.

Gui Gui  just  nodded  and  bowed  to  them.  Hebe  continued  her  talk  with  Mrs.  Zhang,  but  Aaron  took  a  glance  to  when  Gui  Gui  left. 

Aaron    :  Is  she  alright?  She  looks  pale.

Hebe     :  She’s  fine.  You’re  too  concern  about  my  maid.

Aaron    :  Well,  I’m  a  doctor…

Hebe     :  I  know…  So…  Doctor  Yan,  which  one  of  ring?

Gui  Gui  cleaned  up  the  tea  cup  after  they  had  leave  the  backyard.  She  felt  nauseated  and  dizzy  a  lot,  like  the  world  was  spinning.  But  then  someone  held  her  hand

Wang Zi:  Gui…  Are  you  alright?

Gui Gui  just  nodded. 

Gui Gui:  Just  go  back  to  your  work.  Mrs.  Zhang  will  mad  if  you  couldn’t  wash  the  car.

Wang Zi:  But  you  looks  so  pale

Gui Gui:  I’m  just  missed  my  lunch (and breakfast).  I’m  fine

Wang Zi:  Promise  me  that  you’ll  have  your  lunch  and  medicine

Gui  Gui  just  nodded.  Then  Wang  Zi  went  away  to  the  parking  area.  Gui  Gui  sighed,  she  continuing  her  work.  She  found  Aaron  glasses  left  on  the  table.  She  took  it  and  saved  it  and  will  give  it  back  to  him  after  this.

Aaron:  Do  you  see  my  glasses?

Gui  Gui  turned  her  head.  Even  Aaron  handsome  face  looked  blur  in  her  eye.

Gui  Gui:  Y…Yes  this  Yours,  Sir.  (She  handed  him  the  Glasses)

Aaron  took  it  from  her,  and  take  a  glance  at  her.  Aaron  could  see  that  she  wasn’t  very  well,  but  he  didn’t  want  to  sound  too  much  care  about  a  maid.  Especially  his  fiancé’s  maid

Aaron:  Don’t  get  faint  before  you  clean  this  up…

Gui  Gui  rolled  her  eyes  into  him.  He  shouldn’t  have  to talk  sarcastically.  She  even  didn’t  grumble  for  her  sickness.  She’s  alright.

Gui Gui:  I  wont.  (She  bowed  at  his  leave)

Aaron  and  Hebe  was  having  a  good  time  in  the  Zhang’s  library.  But  as  the  time  goes  on.  It  was  already  5pm  and  Aaron  needed  to  go  back  to  the  hospital

Aaron:  I  have  to  go.

Hebe  :  (Pouted)  But  it  still  5.  Come  on…

Aaron:  I’m  worried  for  the  traffic.  I’ll  come  tomorrow  to  fetch  you  for  work

Hebe:  Okay…  I  will  stay  in  your  apartment  tomorrow.

Aaron:  I’m  afraid  you  cant.  Since  my  apartment  is  still  full  by the  books  and  other  doctors  will  stay  with  me.  We  still  have  medicine  research

Hebe     :  Hegh…  okay  okay.  I  know  you’re  busy.  But  promise  me  you  wont  delay  the  engagement

Aaron    :  I  wont.

Then  they  headed  to  go  out.  But  then  Wang  Zi  ran  towards  them.  He  looked  so  worried

Wang Zi:  Ms.  Zhang,  Can  I  use  the  car  for  a  moment?

Hebe     :  Why  it  is  so  sudden?

Wang  Zi:  Gui  Gui…  she’s  faint…  but  then  she  grunting  like  in  pain.  Can  I  use  the  car  to  go  to  the  hospital?

Aaron:  She’s  faint?

Wang  Zi  just  nodded

Aaron:  Where  is  she?  Let  me  check.

Aaron,  Hebe  and  Wang  Zi  walked  to  the  maids  section  of  Zhang’s  residence.  Wang  Zi  opened  the  door  and  Gui  Gui  was  taking care  by  the  other  maid.  Aaron  directly  checked  on  her.  He  checked  her  temperature,  it  was  high.  Her  pulse  was  lower  than  normal.  Gui  Gui  was  holding  on  her  stomach. 

Aaron  :  Gui  Gui…  could  you  hear  me? 

He  made  sure  if  she  is  conscious.  But  Gui  Gui  kept  grunting  in  pain,  while  holding  her  stomach.  She  tried  to  open  her  eyes.  She  could  see  Aaron  between  her  eyelids

Gui  Gui:  007…  My  stomach…  its….  Aaahh…  Mom…  it’s  hurt.

Aaron:  Hey  you…  did  she  miss  her  breakfast?

He  asked  to  Wang  Zi

Wang  Zi:  I  don’t  really  sure.  But  she  said  she  haven’t  eat  for  lunch

Aaron  touch her  stomach.  He  trying  to  figure  the  pain  coming  from.  When  he  touch  her  appendix  and  pushed  it  a  little,  Gui Gui  scream  of  pain.  Aaron  could  feel  it  not  just  a  cold.  So  he  stood  up  and  tried  to  carry  Gui  Gui  in  his  arm. 

Hebe:  Is  she  alright?

Aaron:  I’m  worried  if  she  need  a  surgery.  You  (pointed  at  Wang  Zi)  prepare  my  car.

Wang  Zi  run  in  hurry.  Hebe  followed  him  behind  him.  Will  Gui  Gui  be  alright?
