Sunset

As she watches the picturesque orange gradient over the horizon slowly fading into darkness, she realized how something leaving, as the setting sun, can give people bliss, and satisfaction. She stares at it keenly, almost never blinking. She thinks, maybe it's the idea that tomorrow, the sun will show itself again. That despite the fact that at the end of the day it disappears, the next day, it will rise with its brighter rays reaching out on you, like it wanted to envelope you with its rays. Like his arms around you.

She sighed, and rested her head on her knees.

Is he the sun? Is he coming back tomorrow?
