You were in awe as you saw how much a city could change in just 2 years. More high-rise buildings, more shopping malls, more restaurants, and more cars on the streets.

 “Come on! Let’s have a food trip today. What do you want to eat?” He asked you.

“Everything.” You were excited. All you’ve eaten are the food that the maid cooked which is always upon Sunggyu’s menu and sometimes they would bring you take-outs but also upon Sunggyu’s approval. Now, since he’s not here, you can eat whatever you want.

“Oooh! I want!” You pointed at every food stall you’ll pass by along the sidewalk. Tteokbokki, soondae (blood sausages), odeng (fish cakes), tornado potatoes, you ate it all and still you are asking for more.

“You’re really pigging out today.” You can hear Woohyun chuckle beside you.

“Since I can’t taste these treats again when I’m back at home, I should savor moments like this.” You then took a bite on your corndog. Woohyun took some tissue and rubbed the sauce off on the corner of your lips.

You smiled at him and offered him the food. “You want some?”

“No, I’m alright.” *I’m already full just by watching you eat.*

“Oh! Look! Half price for couples!” You pointed at the banner of an ice cream shop. You dragged Woohyun inside.

“Your ice cream here is half-priced for couples right?” You asked, just to be sure.

“Yes. And I’m sure he’s your boyfriend right? I can feel some aura between you too.” She pointed at Woohyun.

“He’s not my boyfriend.” You shook your head and slung your arm over his neck. “He’s my fiancé.” You peck him on his cheeks.

“Oh really? Wow! Congratultions!” She smiled. “What flavor do you want?”

“Chocolate Mint please!”

The both of you then sat on a table and you started eating the large bowl of ice cream in front of you. You took Woohyun’s hand and put a spoon on his palm. “You should eat too. It’s really delicious.” Woohyun nodded and started scooping some for him.

“Why did they kill you, Myungsoo-ssi?” A sentence suddenly went out of your mouth.

Woohyun was agape and stared at you in confusion but you were just eating your ice cream.

You noticed his stare at you and looked at him. “Why? Is there something wrong? Did I say anything?” You asked.

“N..Nothing. Just continue eating.” You continued eating but his eyes were still fixed on you, thinking about the sentence that came out from your lips.

He knows that it was unconscious since Dongwoo explained it to them the other day the condition you’re in right now. But still, even though you don’t know you just said that, it must have been a question you want to be answered.
