Luhan was already at the site where xiumin is going to hold his audition bringing the

Requirements they needed. He knew that there will be a lot of people going to have an

Audition but it is beyond his imagination that there are a lot of people trying to be

Xiumin’s new model. It almost occupied the whole asianfanfics coliseum. He felt nervous

And is being crushed by the other people. He felt insecure. He lost his self-confidence

Because there are a lot of people that are much handsome than him. 11 in the morning

When the audition started. After hours of waiting and auditioning, the result of those who

Passed was shown. He looked at the big screen at their front where the names of the

Passers are shown. Luhan’s name wasn’t there. He already expected this. He was depressed

But life must go on. He mustn’t give up he said to himself.

 

The next day:

Luhan started finding a job. He started at the companies of engineers but no one’s

Hiring right now. There are no vacant yet but the companies where Luhan went assured him that if

there is vacant, they will contact him right away. So Luhan thought maybe he can get a temporary

job for the meantime.

He was accepted in the Galaxy coffee shop. Owned by Kris Wu, a Chinese guy who migrated

to Korea to start up a business. Happily married to his Chinese husband, Tao. They also

Have 3 kids, namely: Ace, Baby and Euroreung. “you can start working tomorrow Luhan”

Kris said to Luhan. “thanks Sir Kris and I promise you that you will not regret for hiring

Me” Luhan assured Kris with a big smile at his face. “Okay then. Come here at 7am sharp”

Luhan stood up and bowed at Kris, “Xie xie Sir! And I will come here on time tomorrow”

Kris stood up too and patted Luhan’s head and said “we should start conversing in Hangeul, we’re

In Korea now, remember?” then Kris went back to the counter to help one of his employees.

 

First day of work:

“early bird” kris said when he arrived at his coffee shop, he checked his watch and it was just

 6:30am. “nah, I just arrived a few seconds ago” Luhan said who was that time, sitting

Outside of galaxy coffee shop. He then stood up. Kris opened his shop and he went in, Luhan

Went inside too. Kris went directly to the stock room and got something, “here, wear this”

Kris threw a piece of shirt at Luhan and Luhan got it then he asked, “it this my uniform?”

Kris responded with a nod.

Luhan was enjoying his work. He liked everything about his work. His boss, his co-employees,

The job and of course the wage. He was working with joy, he was working as if his work is just a

Play, unlike when he was still an engineer, he was bored of his job. Then one day, someone

Familiar came into the coffee shop, it looked familiar. That cute face, that pale skin, that bun cheeks.

Luhan was sure that it was xiumin. The photographer he adored. Xiumin went to the counter

And ordered, “Cappuccino please” Luhan was dumbfounded. Still can’t believe that xiumin

Is in front of him. “uhm, hello? You there? I am ordering a cappuccino” xiumin snapped

His fingers, signaling of waking up luhan. “Oh yes, sorry about that sir. Your cappuccino

Will come before you know it sir” xiumin paid his order and went to find his table. Luhan’s

Eyes was still glued at xiumin. After 5 minutes, Luhan served his order at Luhan, “here’s cappuccino

Sir” he placed xiumin’s cappuccino at his table. “thanks” xiumin said to luhan then he smiled.

Luhan went back to the counter, his heart racing like hell. He think he have fallen for xiumin.

Love at first sight. Kris approached Luhan who was busy stealing glances at xiumin.

“He’s a regular here” Kris said to Luhan. “really? How come I didn’t see him for the last 2 weeks

That I’ve been here Sir?” Luhan asked then Kris said, “he was on travel”.

Til that day, xiumin goes to the coffee shop every day, ordering the same coffee, same time and

sitting at the same table. Did I mention EVERYDAY?  And of course, Luhan never get tired of seeing

xiumin everyday. In fact, it became his daily routine of seeing xiumin every morning. Luhan fell

for xiumin deeper and deeper each day. His smiles soothes luhan’s heart. The way he look,

he drink coffee, he yawns, he scratches his head is perfect for luhan. Everything about xiumin

is perfect for Luhan. no flaws.

Time came when xiumin didn’t come in the morning, he came on the evening. His eyes are puffy,

Looked haggard and with runny nose. Luhan looked carefully at xiumin, he was sure now. Xumin

Just finished crying. Xiumin’s eyes are watery.

When Luhan served xiumin’s order and placed it on his table, he offered xiumin a handkerchief.

Xiumin looked at Luhan, puzzled. “what’s with that handkerchief?” xiumin asked at luhan

Curiously. “you can use it. Cry on it, as much as you want to” Luhan replied. He was

Quite nervous. It was his first time talking to xiumin. Xiumin took Luhan’s handkerchief

And began to cry. He poured his heart out when he cried and it was Luhan’s cue to go

Back to the counter now but xiumin stopped him, “can you please stay here with me? I really

Need someone now to comfort me” then he cried again. Luhan looked back at xiumin and sat on the

Opposite side where xiumin is seated. Good thing that it’s already 8:45 in the evening and there’s no

Other costumer in the shop, Kris already went home. Luhan’s the one who’s going to close the shop.

They usually close at 9pm. Back to XiuHan, Luhan felt a pain in his heart, he doesn’t like the fact

That xiumin’s in front of him crying. He felt like, xiumin’s a fragile person, he felt like he really need

to be at  xiumin’s side to protect him “what’s wrong? Why are you crying?” Luhan started the

conversation by asking him then xiumin responded, “I broke up with my boyfriend” and he sobbed

more. Luhan felt a knife stabbing his heart. He doesn’t know that xiumin has a boyfriend. He never

saw him with xiumin. But the good thing is, they’re not together anymore. “Who dumped who?”

Luhan asked then xiumin responded, “I was the one who dumped him”

“why are you crying then if you’re the one who dumped him? He should be the one who’s

Crying” Luhan said then he continued, “why did you dumped him anyway?”

“I saw him making out with other boy in his apartment” he cried more.

“You should be thankful” Luhan responded and xiumin looked at him then asked,

“why is that?”

 “because he’s a jerk. He doesn’t deserve a precious guy like you, its a good thing that you dumped

 him” Luhan smiled then he continued, “you deserve more xiumin” he stood up and sat beside

xiumin, he patted xiumin’s head.

“stop crying now. You’ll get over him anyway. Time heals everything”

Xiumin wiped his tears and started calming himself. He looked at Luhan who was

Sitting beside him, he smiled and hugged luhan. “thanks for your company, I feel

better now” luhan was shocked of that sudden body contact. He hugged xiumin back

“no problem, I’ll always be here if you need a company”.

“What’s the name of that guy you dumped anyway?” Luhan asked after they are both released

From the hug.

“His name is Jongdae” then he continued, “the jerk I fell in love for a year and a half”

“woah. You’ve been dating for a long time. What does he do?”

“He’s a photographer like me. I met him at one of the workshops I attended 2 years

Ago” xiumin responded.

“Ahh. A photographer”

“Where’re you from anyway? I know you’re not from Korea, your accent ”  xiumin laughed at

What he said and luhan laughed too.

“I’m from China” Luhan responded.

That night, they spent talking for hours. Knowing every little single things between

The both of them.
