You fell asleep on top of Minseok, scared to move him. He was still warm to the touch, but your clothes had stopped burning when you laid your head on his back. His skin wasn't all soft anymore. In spots it was covered in black plates, with what appeared to be lava or blood coursing underneath, almost like a rash. His clawed hand gripped yours gently and you closed your eyes. You wondered how much pain he was in, your poor demon.

Minseok shifted and you jumped awake, sitting up and gripping his hand tightly as you wiped the gunk from your eyes. "You didn't leave?" He asked, sounding relieved and confused. His eyes were black, his irises red now. You touched his face, where it cracked, and smiled. He looked so diffrent and yet, the same. He would always be your dumpling. 

"Of course not. It was my fault. My blood hurt you. I hurt you." You said and he shook his head, He sat up and took you in his arms.

"No... No. You didn't hurt me. You would never hurt me. You made me better.You made me stronger. Only a few drops of your blood and I... OH! What do I look like?" He asked and you shrugged, not knowing how to describe him. He took you by the hand and stood up. You blinked a lot, looking at his feet: could you even call them feet anymore? They were hooves. Deffinately hooves. He dragged you into the bathroom and looked at himself. "I look terrifying. He rubbed the patch surrounding his left eye and frowned. "You must hate it." He said, amd you shrugged.

"I'll get used to it." You touched it and frowned. "It doesn't hurt?" You asked and he shook his head.

"I feel stronger. Do I look taller to you?" He asked and you nodded.

"You have hooves." 

"What?" He asked, looking at his legs. Tenetively, he stomped on the floor of the bathroom. The tiles cracked under hoof and he laughed. "I have hooves!" He laughed out loud and then his eyes went wide. "I can't pass for human like this! Can I put it away?" He asked himself and looked at you. 

"Why are looking at me? I don't knopw how to fix it." You said, frowning. "This form doesn't seem stable. I mean, you're all patchy." You said and he nodded, staring into the mirror. He frowned very hard. looking i
