Sadness. Anguish. Disappointment. Emptiness.

Emptiness was the hardest feeling to describe.

Emptiness. Emptiness? A feeling of despair. A tendency to cry and forget everything.

An urge to die.

What was emptiness? Hell, you weren't even upset or angry, you just felt empty. A feeling of losing a pet dog which you knew was about to die anyway. A feeling of winning a game just because someone lets you. A feeling of loving someone when you didn't know that it would never be reciprocated. Until reality hits you all in the face.

That. That emptiness.

That was the hardest feeling to bear, and you certainly didn't want that happening again.

But letting go was just so, so hard.
