“kyu, honey do you love me?” The girl asked kyuhyun sweetly. “ofcourse, you doubt me? Huh?” said the later as he her hair gently. He saw the girl smiled to him “I’m just afraid kyu, promise me you’ll always be happy even if I’m not beside you, okay?” he wrinkled his forehead, didn’t get what’s her point. “w-what do you mean, min? you’ll leave me?” he asked, worried. “no honey, I’ll always beside you. I’ll stay here” she pointed her finger to the boy’s chest and leave him in confuse.

Kyuhyun’s POV

MINNIE!!

I get up from my bed. Realizing how that dream gives me goose bumps. However, I’m relieved that just a dream. I grab my phone from side table and called Minnie. Damn that dream! I’m still worried about her.

“hello? Kyu, honey what happened? It’s weird you called me at this time.. what happened?” she said in her worried-yet-sleepy voice. “you’re alright? You’re not sick or anything, Minnie?” I don’t know how to tell her my worries. “I’m alright kyu, I’m not sick, I’m 100% fit!” she said with a little bit giggle in her voice. Oh yeah, now my girlfriend thinks I’m a Looney. “don’t laugh. I’m worried, you know?” “ahaahaha okay baby, I’m alright. Just go back to sleep. It’s nothing to worry about. Good night, my prince” well, she said there’s nothing to worry so what can I do? “bye sweetie, gimme a good night kiss” “mwah, sleep tight honey” “you too baby” then I hang up the phone. But the dream keep haunted me, so I decided to stay up late.

Sungmin’s POV

Something’s weird. Kyu called me at past midnight last night. There must be something bothered him. Hmm, better I check him on his condos.

I took a bath, dressed up, then started to cook for breakfast. Strawberry pancakes, I know, kyu already bored with this dish –his eyes got bigger whenever I gave him strawberry pancakes. Then he will said “strawberry pancakes? Again?” as he rolled his eyes –the same reactions every time, but he still eat it up till there’s none left on his plate.

After cooked breakfast dish, I hurriedly go to his condos. Hmm, it seems very quiet. Maybe he is not woke up yet. I entered his condos with my keys –yeah, he gave me his condo’s duplicate keys in case I visited him when he’s away. But it’s also useful for case like this, what a sleeping-beauty, i rolled my eyes and enter his house.

“kyuu, are you awake? I’m bringing your breakfast~~!” no response, well, just go to his room, then. I opened his bed room and I can see his figure sleeping in front of his laptop –aigoo, he must be stayed up late and played starcraft again until he fell asleep ckckck, my gamekyu.. I chuckled and start to wake him up.

“baby, it’s 7am in the morning, you won’t late for your work, do you?” I shrugged her body. Still won’t wake. Well, it’s time for my secret weapon then *evilsmirk* I took off his blanked from him, then pulled out his leg hair. This one works.

“WHOAA..” he suddenly awake, then searching for the suspect. And yeah, he caught me. “Minnie!! Use a proper method please, it’s hurt” whoah, he didn’t get mad. Well, I’m lucky. I rolled my eyes. “I was, but you wouldn’t get up, so I use that methods hehe, don’t mad please” I stare to him with puppy eyes, that he won’t resist, of course. He throw me a glare, but suddenly hugged me “how dare you wake the dragon up hmm? You’ve got to be punished!!” he caught me and tried to kiss me. I pulled my body “I won’t kiss the dragon. He is not even brushed his teeth yet!” I smirked. He frowns, but go to the bathroom anyway. I leave his room, and wait him in the dining room while preparing the meal.

“morning princess..” kyuhyun back-hugged me and whisper to my ears. I turn my head, and he gave me a peck on my lips. I smiled. “nah, you’re ready then. Let’s eat” I offered him the pancake. “strawberry pancake? Again?” he rolled his eyes. Haha the same reaction! “well, you want to eat or not?” I threatened him. “of course!” then he start to eat his pancake. I shake my head. Well, a boy will always a boy.

Kyuhyun’s POV

I finished my breakfast in a sec –not literally, but the taste made it feels just like a sec. Sungmin’s pancake is delicious, as always –i’m always pretend to protest kekekeke. Then i grabbed my car key. As we walking to the car park, i decided to told her about my dream last night.

“min.. you know why i called you last night?” she turn her head, facing me.

“no, why? It’s really weird you know” she said as she caressing my cheeks.

“i got a nightmare.. about you, min. and it feels so real. i feel as you want to leave me. promise me you'll never leave me baby?" 
"Aigoo, it's just a dream baby. don't take it seriously kyu.." she shook her head and smile
"but people said it's a sign about what will happen! and i don't know how the dream take my whole night to think of! it's just can't disappeared min!" i argue
"i don't know that you could be so naive kyu.." she tiptoed to my hair
"but..." i want to argue but cut off by her kiss
"talk about them later bebe. let's hurry up. we almost late!"

I shrugged my shoulder, and run the car as fast as schumaker can do >:)

We reached sungmin’s office. And dropped her by.

“take care honey, lunch time?” she kissed me goodbye and wave. I just nod

“as always baby, love you” i kiss her forehead. She left. I wait until she dissapeared in her office. And i drive to my own office.

Sungmin’s POV

I wait until kyu’s car drove back to his office and approached Kim Ryewook’s table, the receptionist. I told her that i can’t work today. Due to me and kyu’s second anniversary. She smiled, and nods.

It’s the time for action! I do what i’ve planned before. I took a cab down to shopping center. Bought some wine,  cake ingredients, and some new dresses. Time flies, anyway, it’s almost 2 hour long. I realized that if i stayed any longer here, there’ll be no time for make this cake. Then i go back to my apartement.

I sent a text to my kyu

Message sent. I’m pretty sure that he’ll immediately give me a call.

I was on my way to my apartement when kyu called me “happy anniversary minnie bunny!!’’ he said to me. “hehe you too baby. I love you” “emm.. kyu, can you please hang up? I have to meet my boss now” i pretend that i’m still in my office. Just then, i nudged someone. A guy, with well-builded figures and dimples. I realized who he is. Choi Siwon, i thought. He is kyu’s rival in his office. I wandered what he doing in this apartement. I never know he lives here, or maybe just had a bussines here. I smile and greet him

“annyeong siwon-sshi”

“eh, annyeong,. You are..” he looked a bit confuse.

“i’m Lee sungmin, Cho kyuhyun’s girlfriend. Remember?” i introduce my self in case he forgot.

“ah, cho kyuhyun..” his facial expression changed a bit with..grudge? “you’re his girlfriend, right?” he asked me. “yes..why?”

“then i’ve found what i’ve been searching for..” he whisper to my ear

“eh..?” i don’t understand what he talk about

“nevermind” then he leave me behind with a millon of question in my head.

The cake is already served, well it’s time to decorate this room and dressed up.

Kyuhyun’s POV

I smiled at minnie’s text over and over again. Then i realized it’s almost lunch time. I called sungmin’s phone, but no answer. Maybe she is in a meeting. So i decided to called her office

“hello.. Kim’s Corporation.. what can i do for you?” i am familiar with this voice. Hmm, kim ryeowook, i thought.

“Ryeowook sshi? Can i talk with Ms. Lee Sungmin please? This is Cho kyuhyun”

“i’m sorry sir, but ms. Lee sungmin is absent today” eh? Absent? How come? I swear i dropped her off in the morning. Even i wait until she entering  her office

“oh.. okay. Thankyou” i hunged the phone. Something’s wrong. Is this a part of sungmin’s plan? I know how much she loved surprise. I try to called sungmin’s home now. Thanks god she answer it.

“minnie baby where are you?” i said with all-worried-voice

“huh? I’m home kyu, it’s our anniversary, remember?” she answer calmly

“yo-you don’t work?”

“no honey, it’s my plan. Hehehe” she giggled. I rolled my eyes

“so, you prepare something, huh? What’s that?” i curiously asked

“that won’t be surprise anymore.. hehe be here at lunch time okay?”

“i’ll be there in a sec!” i answer it, half joking.

“whoah you’re fast baby!! Hold on!” she said half shouting. Eh? I don’t even move from my cubicle in my office.

“min? Min?! Min!!” but no response. Suddenly i feel something’s wrong.

I hurriedly run to car park. But when i started my car’s engine, it won’t move. DAMN! I forgot to fill the fuel. What should i do now? I strached my head in frustation. If i go to her apartement by bus, it’ll be too long. Oh my god help me please. I go back and forth in front of my car in high anxiousness just then, i saw siwon’s car entered the parking lot. He stopped in front of me.

“need a ride?” he lift one his eyebrow and smirked. And i swear i could smell minnie’s perfume on his suit. Don’t tell me something’s bad happened to my minnie, god.

“what are you doing with my girlfriend?” i asked him with slight anger

“oh, that minnie girl? She is stupid. I offer her fun but she declined it. Well.. i guess she has choosed the wrong decision” i gasped. I can’t believe this god. This bastard has doing something with my minnie.

I don’t care with anything anymore. I just think of my minnie. I hurriedly running to her apartement. It takes 45minutes long to reach her apartement. But something’s weird. There’s many car police here. My anxiousness become bigger. I ran into her room. And almost fainted seeing her room surrounded by police line. It’s a nightmare. I have to wake up. Now! I closed my eyes, i won’t believe it. Where is she?

I forcefully enter her apartement. I don’t care about the warning that pilice give me. I’m terribly shocked, when i see blood.Her blood, our 2nd anniversary cake, and red wine spill all over the place.

I asked the police where they took my minnie. And he said she have been taken to nearest hospital here.  Some plice drop me by the hospital. I ran the Emergency rooom in a hurry. Finnally i reached her ward. I asked the doctor about her.

“h-how...” i want to ask, but my mouth seems unable to speak

“her stomach is injured badly, seems like the suspect stab her stomach deep enough to reach the vital organs” the doctor explain with slight anxiousness that can’t be hide from his face

“is it possible to save her?”  i asked him this question, but i don’t want to hear the vonis.

“i’m afraid there’s only 10% chance for her to survive, sir”

“so that mean there’s a chance right?” oh my god, please don’t take her from my side..

“you may visit her sir,” he doesn’t answer to my latest question.

I entered sungmin’s ward. There she is. Laid on the bed with pale face. Even whiter than before. I held her hand, praying for her life.

“min, baby you must survive..you can’t leave me min” i pecked her palm. Just then, i feel her arm move, she opened her eyes

“k..yuu? you’re h-here?” she said in her weak voice. She must be hurted badly. That bastard.. i must take a revenge for her

“yes baby i’m here.. don’t leave me baby please..” i tried hard to prevent tears. I don’t want sungmin knows that she just have 10% chance to live.

“i just have a little chance to live, aren’t i?” oh my. How’d she knows it?

“don’t say that minnie. Don’t ever say that again” i hold her hand tighter than before

“we can’t change our destiny kyu, even if we really want to change that” she sighed

“i just wan’t you to know, kyu. You’re the best that i ever had. Promise me you’ll be happy even if i’m not beside you, okay?” i feel like deja vu. What her say is excatly the same with the dream. Oh my. Don’t tell me she’ll be leaving.

I looked at her face. Looks like she really want to hear me promised. Then i nodded.

“i..i promise..” she closed her eyes, she’s gone..

>>>flashback, Sungmin’s POV

“i’ll be there in a sec!” he said. Ugh, i know that he is joking. My plan won’t be ruined, no? Then i heard someone knocking my emergency exit. Oh my. He knows? Am i too obvious? Wow kyu is really a genius then.

“whoah you’re fast baby!! Hold on!” i go to the emergency exit to meet him. I don’t even care that i just finished bath.it means no make up on. Well, but kyu always like me in everything i am.

I opened the door, but gasped at whom i met “cho..i si..won” i didn’t expected this. Really.

He gave me his smirk, “hello pretty, wanna have fun?” then he pushed me to the table which the cake served on. He tried to kissed me. Oh no! I’m gonna get !

I don’t know where the brave come, but i find that i’ve slapped this bastard. PLAK!! He throw me a sharp gaze.

“you stupid little . Already bored with your life, eh?” then he stabbed my stomach. I couldn’t remember anything, then everything just become blur. “k..y..u..” is my last word before i’ve got unconcious

End of POV

Kyuhyun stared at his girl’s souless body. At first, he didn’t know what to do. But then when the doctor comes and emphasized that sungmin’s gone, reality hit him.

“i’m sorry sir, we’ve tried our best.. you may call her family”

Kyuhyun’s POV

I’m shocked. Really shock at the facts that i can’t protect her. That she’s killed by my rival. That mean, i’m the only one who caused her death.

Then i’m realized, there’s no more sungmin in my life. How could i survive?

I can’t imagined my life without her.

I find myself in the edge of the hospiltal’s roof floor. Facing the autumn’s wind. I really can’t imagined my life without her. Then i jump.

Every thing’s become black

I opened my eyes, i find myself laid in the meadow. A peaceful meadow that i’ve never seen before.

“am i dead?” so this how death feels, i talked to my self. I walked aimlessly. Until i found a familiar figure sit under the tree.

“sungmin? Minnie? Is that you?” she raised her face, i stare at her bright eyes

“kyu? How did you get here?” she walk towards me

I hugged her “you know that i can’t live without you, aren’t you? So how did you get here?” i said, jokingly.

She rolled her eyes “don’t pretend kyu, you know how i get here, don’t you?”

“but we’re death now..”

“well who cares? As long as you with me..”
