8Heroines (Sometimes stylized as Eight Heroines) is a South Korean girl group under Cube Entertainment with a average age of 15. The group debuted in 2014 with the song "Flashback" from the single album with the same name. The current lineup includes Vivian, Yooyoung, Hay, May, Ryu, Jade, Aubrey, Angel.

History

2014: Stalled debut, controversial, closer to debut, super rookies, debut

8Heronies was first announced on April 26th by Cube Entertainment, with a MV teaser for the girls debut song 'Flashback'. The very young girl group, ranging from years 1997-2000 were supposed to debut in June, but got held back due to girls going in and out of the group. With the MV teaser released though, durng that time many people thought a y concept for a young group was wrong and should be changed. But Cube Entertainment announced that 8Heronies wanted to be different than the young girl groups now and took the y concept to showcase something different. 

Big steps came to 8Heronies as members were starting to be revealed on August 6th. Then the full MV was revealed on August 14th and finally the group made their debut on August 16th at 'Music Core'. They had their first win on their goodbye stage on September 4th.

2015: Disbandment

Cube Entertainment announced that on January 5th the girls went their separate ways after half the members couldn't agree on contracts when trying to transfer over to A Cube Entertainment. It is supposedly said that some of the members have entered other agencies to try and debut again.
