Chaos of The UniverseBreeze blows softly, dancing in between the field of long yellow grass. A background view of The Great Canyon acts as the border of the field. A watchful hawk circling around in the sky for its next meal. The scenery is a serene for those who loves the peaceful vibes that the nature could gives to them.
Suddenly, the peaceful scenery was suddenly interrupted as a black hole appears in the sky, scaring the out of the poor hawk who immediately forgotten its target to run for life. Twelve unidentified flying objects fall from the hole before crash hard and embedded into the ground.
There was a moment of silence. The time is immobile for a few seconds before one of the pod's hatch opened with a hiss and puff of smoke. An uncontrollable cough could be heard before an outline of a man, trying to clamber down to the ground while trying hard to control his coughs. As the smoke thinned and vanished completely, the man grumbles angrily to himself and kicks hard on the metal surface of his pod, causing an immediate pain reflex of jumping on his good leg. Like acting on the trigger, one by one the pod open in the same manner of the first one - without the same exaggerative response of the drivers.
"Luhan-hyung, what are you doing? Are you okay?" Kyungsoo asks in concerns as Luhan jumping on one leg around with repeated 'Ouch!'s and curses on his mouth.
It took a while before Lay comes in front of Luhan and grabs both of his shoulders to still him. Smiling softly, he crouches down to Luhan’s feet, putting his right hand on him as a soft green glow on the said hand. After a few seconds, a relieved sigh could be heard from Luhan as Lay finished his job as the healer he is.
"Thanks Lay," says Luhan softly before squeaking in pained surprise while holding his forehead.
"WHAT WAS THAT FOR??!" It's only receive him a hard flick from Lay - again. Lay smiles innocently at him, "for stupid enough to waste my power."
Well, that shuts him up. Turning around, he pouted as he digs at the back of his pod's compartment before pulling out a large backpack and put it on his back. By the time he turns around, the whole members are ready as well to do their job.
Suho beckoning them to gather around as he command his AID to project a 3D map with grid overlying it, showing a rocky hills geographical structure. "Alright, now we divide the tasks as usual. Luhan -"
"Yeah yeah. Babysitting the pods..." grumbles Luhan.
"Hyung, we are not going to do this conversation again." Luhan is a bit sensitive about the usual tasks distribution everytime during their missions.
"But I want to join too."
"Hyung..."
"I can take care of myself. I am manly enough to take care of myself!" His statement brings a few snickers from the others. Luhan’s face is red from anger. How dare they question his manliness and abilities!
Xiumin suddenly decides to interfere, "Luhan, you're important in this task too. We need you as the Intelligence of the group to coordinate the our jobs. You should be proud of it."
Luhan pouts and hummph. Xiumin smiles before ruffles Luhan hair and signalling Suho to continue.
"Okay. Luhan-hyung will set up the navigation system. So the one who will stay are Luhan-hyung, Yixing-"
"It's Lay." An innocent voice interrupts.
"Whatever. My bad, sorry." Dismiss Suho. "Lay and Chen. They will help Luhan-hyung. The ones watching on the Canyon's top are Kris-hyung, Sehun and Kai. The rest are going with me on the ground. Everything's clear?"
"Yes Sir!"
"Okay. Luhan-hyung if you could please...?"
"Right. We are now at this point of location," said Luhan pointing at a green dot on the map. "It's about 2 to 3 hours from here to go till this point," Luhan points at a red dot not far from the first dot, "where we believe is the location where Le Chuchoteur resides, and... hope that's true. I'll give the instructions and warning if any upcoming dangers." Others nod in understanding.
"Alright. Now, let’s get this started."
Luhan had set up the navigation system and put the invincible barrier in the area around where the pods land which projects a mirror image of the area before the pods land to avoid suspicion and intruders. Every of the members were equipped with a communication device and weapons of their own for safety reasons.
"Okay. We can start now," inform Luhan through the earpiece. Kris grabs Sehun and fly him up to the top of the gigantic rocks that form the canyon with Kai who just teleports there. The on-the-ground team starts to move through the alleyway like path in between the rock walls.
"There's a narrow rock bridge 500 meters ahead over a ravine. Please be cautious," Luhan informs, typing rather rapidly on the virtual keyboard. "Chen, give me the status of the ones on the top," enquires Luhan to his partner on duty, still facing the monitor.
Silence.
"Chen?"
Silence. Luhan turns his head only to see Chen, absorbed in whatever he's doing with his The Cube - a device in cube form which can be arranged to form any device, which in Chen case; a rectangular electronic pad, the Cu-pad - most probably playing games. Luhan grits his teeth before shouting,
"Chen!" His screaming succeeds to grab Chen's attention.
"Oh? Ah yes, what is it hyung?" Luhan was furious.
"I . SAID . CHECK . ON . THE . STATUS , YOU . FOOL," Chen cowering in fear. Angry Luhan is terrifying.
"Y... yes! Hyung." Chen scrambles across the keyboard as he type furiously before connecting to Kris.
"Oh, h...hello? Kris-hyung? Chen to Kris. Over."
The voice replying is trying hard not to laugh, they heard Luhan scream on him. "Uhmm... Kris to Chen. Over."
Chen don't dare to think of anything as he currently sits with the mind reader, Luhan. He bends down a little to see Lay, snoring peacefully, oblivious of the scene earlier. He sighs.
"What is the status above?"
"So far so good." There's a flipping sound in the background and Kris grumbling, "shoo, shoo, don’t disturb me you -" there's a laugh faintly could be heard. Maybe from Sehun. "- birds!" Chen widened his eyes in amusement. As the guardian of flight element, Kris always attract any living flying creatures either willingly or not. Chen continues to listen Kris struggles with the birds on the line - and the loudspeaker mode is on. Luhan was crackling beside him.
A few moments passed before Kris could continue the conversation. "O-kay. Despite my poor condition, everything is - hey! What's that??"
This perks the navigators attention. "Kris? What is it?" Chen is back typing furiously. The sensor or the map does not shows anything. Luhan also looks concerned. "Kris? Hyung?"
There's a voice of struggling before someone shouting "Sehun!" before silence.
"Kris-hyung? Chen to Kris. Over."
No answer.
"They disappeared on the map!" Luhan shouts. The dots representing the 3 members are vanished from topographic map. He too, began typing rapidly on the keyboard.
"Suho? Suho? Are you there?"
"Yes? Are you okay?" Luhan sighs in relief as he heard Suho.
But it didn't last long as Suho too, experience the same thing happened to Kris.
"Suho! Suho!" Calls Luhan. Terror in his voice.
"They disappeared too..." Chen says quietly. Luhan turns his head towards Lay only to find the seat empty.
"Lay?? Lay! Chen, Lay's missing!" He pats the seat beside him blindly but it was vacated. He turns his head in alarm and he is right. Chen also vanished from his sight.
"C...Ch...Chen? Lay?" Before a sudden dizziness struck him and he collapses from his seat. His sight blurring. In his blurred sight he saw a furry leg and heard a mew. Cats? He thought before completely black out.
Sehun opens his eyes slowly. Darkness. Am I blind? He thought. He turns his head to his left and right. He could see the outline of a few bodies, lumping on the ground, hands tied at the back. He realised that his hand were tied too. So he wasn't blind after all.
Where am I? He thought again. Slowly he struggles to sit down and drag himself to the nearest body before using his leg to kick the person awake.
The person moves a little, but then stills.
Sehun kicks harder.
"Five more minutes, five more..." says Chanyeol in sleeping stupor. Sehun sighs before put more energy to his leg and kick Chanyeol's .
"Ouch!" Chanyeol shout. "The hell man? I said five more - oh."
"Yes. Oh, hyung. That's me," Sehun said sarcastically. Chanyeol struggles to sit up before asks innocently.
"Where are we?"
"Still in Planet Mato, I hope," answers Sehun nonchalantly. "Come on, hyung. Help me to wake others." They both start struggling to move to wake other members.
"Where do you think we are?" Enquires Suho to s. They all shrug, also not knowing the answer. Suho sighs. What should they do? They can't use their power as the ropes that tied them tighten when they use it to untie the ropes. The only thing they know are they were captured in an underground vessel.
Suddenly, the earth beneath them rumbles and shaking. They look at each other in alarm. In front of them, a hole appears. Before a man elevates from the ground and stops.
They stare at the man. The man wears some funny clothes, a weird hat and holds a cane half his height.
"Who are you??" Demands Suho. He is sure that this person is the one who kidnapped them.
The man stares back at them before his mouth opens and closes. Like mumbling something inaudible. Then he laughs, but it is muted too. It's like watching a video with the mute option . But Suho is sure he tries to deliver something to them.
Then the man closes his mouth and stares at them expectantly, like him waiting for them to react to his muted speech.
Silence.
Krik krik krik...
"Eh?"
The man took a deep breath before start to repeat -
Achoo!
Suddenly all eyes direct to Lay as he rubs his nose. Realising all the attentions towards him, he grins sheepishly and rubs his neck.
"Haha. Sorry, allergies." The others just rolling their eyes before shift their attentions back to the person in front of them.
"Forgive my friend for his rudeness. Okay, can you please repeat?" Enquires Suho.
The man roles his eye in annoyance before taking off his hat - it's cone in shape similar to a wizard's hat - and put the pointed part of the hat, surprisingly were cut open.
"I am The Whisperer. Hahahaha." The hat acts as some sort of haler to him.
"You're The Whisperer?? Why are you kidnapping us? Believe us, we c-"
"Yes yes. I know your intention already. The oracle stone had let me foreseen your coming. But my home is a secret place. It won't be thrilling if you come here like a normal visit, no?" Said The Whisperer caressing the spherical stone on top of his cane before chuckling mutely as he accidentally moves his loudspeaker hat away from his mouth. The ropes bounding them magically get loosened and vanish from their hands, confusion flashed in their faces.
"So, what did you want to show us?" Baekhyun asks, rubbing his pained wrist.
"Show?"
"Yes. We've been told that you want to show us something?" Suho agrees.
"Oh? Oh! I want... to show you THIS! Boys!" Said The Whisperer as he calls someone. "It's SHOW TIME!"
It's silent for a few seconds before a red light beams into a corner of the space, lightning an outline of five figures. The only feature they could guess is the creatures behind the shadows is tails and pointed ears. A few moments later, a black ball with a round shape pattern around it start to descend from the roof on them. Then an upbeat music starts playing as the ball, a disco ball starts to luminescent.
The shadows, apparently five fluffy cats, start to dance and singing - what they thought they sing...

- Jumbles of meows. But their cute and fluffy appearances succeed to capture their audiences' hearts... and those big eyes - oh! Those big eyes are making them look so adorable that it's hard to resist them, making their audiences in a daze, in trance, too enraptured by their spells.
Kris was the first one who broke from the spell as the song ended. Shaking his head to sober himself, he realised that they had been deceived, fooled by the man in front of them. Enraged by the harsh reality, he lunges towards The Whisperer as he materialises a clear long blade; seraph blade out of thin air by a flick of his hand and holds the sharp edge to the man's throat.
Like a reflex, the five cats turn into five men, also armed with their own different swords while the other eleven guardians withdraw their own weapons, pointing it at their respective opponents.
"! They're shape shifter wizards," curses Tao. Most likely the ropes binding them previously is theirs. The hypnotise spells and those seductive eyes earlier confirms his suspicions.
"Tell me, you bastard, where are the diamond??" Threatens Kris. He smirks as he could see fear in the man's eyes.
"Re... r... requests for th... their performance can be m... made with a wo... worthy d... discount."
"I . SAID. WHERE. IS. THE. DIAMOND??!"
The man is shaking violently by now. "W... what d... diamond?"
Kris sees red.
"Umpph!" The Whisperer were thrown on the floor as Kris punches him square on his face. The five The Whisperer's men try to pounce back on Kris, but being held back by the other guardians as they also materialised their own weapons.
The man stays immobile for a while before shakingly raises his right arm to stop the action of his men.
Suddenly, the stone that attached to his cane light up in his hand, as The Whisperer's body convulsing, like he had a fit and causing Kris to step back from him. His whole body is shaking as he laughs maniacally before he lifts his head. The guardians gasps. The two holes where his eyes once placed before were filled with white lights. Then he starts talking. His voice was hoarse, a voice not of his own and he starts singing in an eerie tone.
It is quiet that it spooks
But it's more magical than it looks
A place full of heroes
And battlefields for those who woes
Where the written stories
And recorded histories
The place where past, present and future met
You daydreams and knowledges sat

Then it is silence. The light in The Whisperer's eyes slowly fade away and vanishes completely.
A coughs echo inside the underground space. The Whisperer blinks innocently and clears his throat, composing himself despite the confusion that sketched on his face.
"So, do you want to make any reservation?"
They decided to make a camp as it is already night when they went back to their starting point. After setting a decent place to sleep for twelve person, they gather around the campfire that Chanyeol had set. Suddenly a growl coming from one of them.
"Hehe. Sorry..." Kai grinning sheepishly as he rubs his grumbling tummy.
"It's okay." Kyungsoo, who is sitting beside him ruffles his hair, "I think we should have some dinner first, what do you guys think?" Everyone seem to light up at the mention of dinner.
The others gawking at Kyungsoo as he opens his backpack and bring out...
a small portable stove,
a set of important kitchen utensils,
a portable food booth - a device that can materialises food substances as long the material molecules is on the device storage,
and mini tableware sets for twelve - just in case if nobody have them.
"Errmm...hyung? How did you manage to carry them all?" Tao asks.
Kyungsoo tsk-ed. "Don't ever underestimates the element of strength. Mine is the extra large intra-storage backpack anyway. So it won't be any problems."
As they enjoying the simple delicious dinner made by non other than Kyungsoo, they heatedly discussing about the event happened to them earlier.
"What is the poem again?" Asks Suho. Luhan, as the Intelligence he is, recites back the 10 lines riddle perfectly.
"What do you think about this?"
"Well, it's a riddle of course..." Baekhyun answers.
"But for what? Don't you think it's weird? We came for a diamond, but we only get a riddle," Kris questions them.
"There must be reasons for that," counters Luhan. "Well, since it is Mama who told us to see him."
"It is more weird if it is from Mama isn't it? How come Mama can be connected to that ex - villain than towards us?" All of those who are engaged in the discussion silenced. Kris sighs. What exactly happening now?
"Guys, let’s visit the town nearby before we go back tomorrow? I read online that there's a bazaar selling many interesting things," says Lay out of the blue, but successfully breaking the tense atmosphere.
"Yes. Yes, let's do that," Suho breath in relief. " I think we all deserve a little breaks before going back home," and it's look like everyone is agree with him by their relieved sighs and nods. Even Chanyeol was desperately saying "Oh My God! YES, PLEASE!"
They then decide to call it a day and go to sleep, too tired and hoping the night could be enough for them to rest fully.
"Good night, hyung," Kai says to Kyungsoo as he yawn sleepily only to hear a soft snoring from Kyungsoo. Chuckling to himself, he lay down beside Kyungsoo before making himself comfortable between Kyungsoo and Chen, who already snoring as he welcome the sleep that keep gnawing his eyes after their dinner.
The night was uneventful and the new day arises. After cleaning themselves decently and taking some simple breakfast, they start their journey to the said town, leaving suspicious things behind.
"Hades, activate selected outfit change," commands Kai to his AID.
"Yes, Kai." Immediately, tiny orbs released from his body, circling him before going back to their initial place as a new outfit, replacing the lycra suit that's hugging his figure to match the usual style of the Mato citizens. The same command also been repeated by the other members.
Every member also equipped with their own choices of transportations to reach their destination on the land. Chen takes out a rectangle box from his belt before pressing a button on it. Something jerked out of it onto the air before landing on the ground as a sleek black bike.
"Oh My Baby!!" Shouting Chen as he runs toward the bike and rubbing his cheek on the dashboard fondly. Sehun, who's standing nearby rolling his eyes before bring out an air skateboard, activating it. The board shivers a little before floating a few inches from the ground.
"Okay, the loser has to treat the others...," Baekhyun challenges as they ready to go before he speeds away with his large monowheel bike - a large, flexible build wheel with a seat inside it for a driver and a rider, its own radar, and the ability to go into stealth mode. They race together towards the rising sun as it is the direction of their destination.
The town, Treaddale, is situated in the middle of an important route that connecting to various places from west to east side of the planet and vice versa. Many traders and travellers stops there to get basic necessities, find a place to rest and also taking opportunities to sell their goods. The well known bazaar is placed in the centre part of the town, where hundreds of tents and stalls had set up shops along the dirt street that were wide and made just for the bustling shopping crowds. Travellers lounging inside small restaurants at the corners. The place is on its peak hours of the morning.
The twelve members of The Guardians are walking close to each other as they look around, trying to search for anything that capture their attention.
Tao, as usual, trying to coax his precious gege to buy him things.
"Ge..."
No answer.
The said man was admiring a painting stall, considering whether he want to bring back a piece or not when Chen told him they want to go to a restaurant that serve kebabs a few meters ahead. They excitedly leave the stall (except for Kris, as he is the one who have to pay for the meals) and did not realised that Tao is inside a hat shop, just a block before the painting stall.
Tao went out from the store, "Kris-ge...? Ehh?? Where's everyone??"
Meanwhile, at the restaurant that serve kebabs...
All the eleven members occupying a long table that could fit for more than twelve persons. A half hearted waitress come to their table. She just leans her side at the edge of the table, her face blank as she hold a pen on a small notepad, waiting for their order.
"Ermm...-"
"What do you want?" She said in a bored voice. Wow! Rude much?, thought Suho.
"I want this Chicken Shawarma set, please," said Kai, excitedly pointing on a dish in the menu.
"What else?" The boring voice is still apparent.
"Lamb skewer set, but I don't want the vegetables - "
"Chen! No, scratch that. Make it two, and WITH the veggies," said Xiumin.
"But hyung...!" The two bickering with each other as the others continue with their orders.
"I want this beef döner kebab, please," the list went on until...
"Hey guys, where's Tao?"
Silence.
"Oh No! My baby! Where's my baby??" Kyungsoo wails.
"Hyung! I thought I am YOUR baby??" Sulks Kai.
"Kai! This is not the time! Let's find Tao. He must be lost and crying right now! Oh my baby...!" Cried Suho before he runs out of the restaurant. And with that, all of the members rise from their seats and follow their leader, leaving a sulking Kai and the waitress.
"So...- " says the waitress.
Kai glance at her before pouting at the direction where the others went.
"Huh!" He stomps away, following the others.
"Your orders...?" Says the waitress to no one, wondering what a sick joke she had today.
Back to wherever Tao is...
"Where's everybody?" Panic surge into Tao as he frantically walks through people, searching for his group.
"K... Kris-ge?"
"Suho-hyung?"
He searches every corner of the market for anyone familiar, but to no avail. Giving up, he crouches in the middle of the road amidst the crowd, his hands and head on his knees as he cries, wallowing in self pity.
Where's everyone?
Has everyone had forgotten me?
My pitiful self, are we so unworthy that we are being forgotten?
What if they had gone back to the pods already?

"Tao!"
That is Baekhyun-hyung voice, Tao tilting his head in confusion.
"Tao!"
That’s Kris-ge's!
"Tao? Is that you? Tao! Guys! Tao's here!"
That’s Suho-hyung's! Tao lifts his head to see his ges and hyungs running toward him in happiness.
"Tao!"
"Hyung! Ge! - "
"There's no need for slo-mo, hyungs," Sehun monotonous voice interrupts the touching scene, earning not-so-inaudible grumbles from the elders.
"You're such a party pooper."
"Baekhyun is right, Sehun!"
"Baekhyun-hyung is always right for you, Chanyeol-hyung."
"Guys, let’s find another restaurant. I'm hungry," says Lay, silencing the argument earlier. They start to walk away from the spot, dismissing the audiences that actually watching their scene since earlier.
Kris was pointing at a restaurant to the members when a young woman dropped an apple in his peripheral vision. Feeling morally enthusiastic, he picks the apple and calls for the girl,
"Miss, miss... missus."
"H... huh? Yes?"
"You dropped your...," shock was an understatement for Kris as he drops the apple as well as his jaw. ( "Poor little apple," says Lay )
The girl is a copy of their Mama.
The girl looking at him in shock too.
The girl IS their Mama.
"Y...y...you!" Kris furiously grabs the girl's wrist and drag her into the nearest vacant alleyway, followed by the others.
"You!" Shouts Kris at her.
"What??!!" The girl shouts back.
"You're not Mama aren't you??"
"Of course not! I'm single and never had a child!"
"Idiot," Kris mumbles angrily.
"What are you doing here?? And why did you lie to us at the dome?? Disguising as Mama, it's a traitorous act!"
"That's none of your business!" Kris was threatening to attack her, but being held by Suho and Chanyeol.
"You trai - "
"Kris, she must have reasons," Chen speaks seriously as he walks towards them. All of the members gawking towards him in shock, feeling amused by the new found side of Chen after nearly 5000 years knowing him.
"Please don't fight about me." The crowd release a breath that they didn't realised holding.
Kris and the girl shoot annoyed looks at him before shouting,
"SHUT UP!!" They look at each other.
"You!"
"You!"
"Kris, let me handle this," Suho interferes.
"B...but!"
"Kris." Kris let out an annoying huff as he steps aside.
"Miss, may I know who you are and what are doing here?" Suho interrogates her diplomatically.
"My name is Maixara, M-A-I-X-A-R-A. Code name Xara, agent number SI009." Her agent number indicates that she's a spy.
"Okay... but you are not answering my second question."
The girl went defensive. "That is confidential. I can't tell you that, sorry."
Kris huffs in annoyance.
"Just do your work and I do mine, okay? I'm sure you should go back to the HQ already, right?"
At the end of their little escapade, they return to the pods were after being treated a feast by the spy girl, Maixara - she is very friendly actually, with the exception towards Kris, they seem to be at each other throat every seconds they had the chance.
"Well, I'm going to miss this place," awwwed Luhan.
"Said the person who cussing at the first step he took on the planet," mocked Sehun.
"Hey!"
After being babbled by the Night Griffon's Captain for missing in action, they eject from the planet back to the spacecraft.

A hurried steps could be heard inside a dimly - lighted room before stops to salute in front of a table, where the back of a large office chair faces towards the newcomer, hiding the person sits on it. A large screen back grounding the office set, showing various motion videos.
"Sir, they had gone back towards the main ship. Is that okay to ignore them?"
A hand extends from the chair in dismissive motion, "let them be. It's not the time yet."
"Yes, sir!"
As soon as the footsteps retreat out of the room, the hand push a button from a remote before a computer voice announces.
"Reaching call...Zara." A few seconds pass before a sweet girl's voice replacing the beep-beep sounds.
"Hello~"
