Jungkook spent more time with Taehyung, becoming closer with the older to the point where they were seen attached to the hip for the past month. Jin and Hoseok first were weary of the guy weaving into their group but seeing their maknae radiating glee made them accept the boy graciously. The soul mates were taking things very slow, not immediately rushing into it. Lingering touches and gentle stares occurred often between them, a comfortable amount of skin ship in their relationship. Jungkook had found himself admiring every little detail of Taehyung; eyes, mouth, hands, laugh, etc. He was staring more often than ever before that sometimes the other would catch him in the act with a grin. The werewolf though knew his sensitive spots. Randomly, Taehyung's fingers would graze the back of his neck which sent shivers throughout Jungkook's body. His cheeks blushed a rosy red while the older smirked knowingly. Jin always rolled his eyes at them in annoyance. 

 Laying squished against the wall on his bed, Jungkook's eyes scanned the book he was currently reading. Taehyung was right beside him with an arm underneath the younger's head and fingers brushing through locks of hair. It was the afternoon of a lazy Saturday and the two were hanging out in Jungkook's room. Hoseok was out on a date with Yoongi while Jin opted for bowling with his recently close friend Jimin. Taehyung shifted around so that his face was pressed into the younger's neck. 

 "I'm tired." He mumbled, breath tickling the milky white skin. 

 Jungkook didn't lose focus from his novel, "Why?" 

 "Namjoon has been working all of us to death." Taehyung groaned, arms wrapping around the latter's waist. "He started this new training regimen-it makes me want to die." 

 The younger's eyes slid away from the book to gaze at his mate's body. "It's working, though." He can already see faint bulges of muscles from the thin shirt he was wearing. "What is he having you do?" 

 "We mostly spar and run." 

 "Spar?" Jungkook's face scrunched up. "You fight each other? Isn't that dangerous?" 

 "It's fine." Taehyung comforted him a nuzzle. "We do it all the time and no one gets severely hurt.  It allows us to become stronger, even though it's tedious." 

 Jungkook wasn't convinced and eyed him with concern. "Why is Namjoon Hyung working you guys so hard?" He settled his novel on his bedside table before cuddling up to his mate. 

 The werewolf shrugged, "I don't know. I think he wants us prepared just in case trouble arises with other packs." 

 "Like the ones who cornered me in the alley?" 

 Taehyung's face immediately glowered at the thought of them and spat out, "Yes. We'll be ready to take anyone on after doing all this training."
