Ok here are the programs I use or would prefer to be used for editing photos, because then amazing graphics can be made using them! ^__^. Hope this helps! I will rate the programs from 1 to 10. 10 being the best.

This program is great to use and it provides easy to use tools and filters. The only catch is that there is a price which not everyone enjoys paying. I would suggest getting this program, even if there is a price it is worth it. Before you buy this program it would be best to download the trial and give it a try first! ^____^

Gimp

Gimp is similar to Photoshop, it may not have all the features that are included with Photoshop , but it is a free program and you will be impressed by its setting options it provides you with.

I would definitely recommend this program. You will have lots of fun playing around with it. This does take some of your time, if you would like to make stunning graphics, but you will love the outcome!^__^

This program can be found for both mac and windows as it is a browser program. I haven`t used this program myself yet, because the tools provided don`t bring the best outcome. For beginners I would suggest this, for it is free and you could get used to the main tools, before you use an more advanced program.
