Walk with Me

Description
"You shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flies by day; Nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you."
Oh Sehun, a normal student from Seoul High School, tags along on a deadly field trip that turns his world upside-down. After narrowly missing a horrible death in the clutches of the undead, he joins another classmate and fellow survivor named Kim Jongin on a survival quest to face the horrors of their destroyed and zombie-infested world.
"Walk with Me" is a fanfiction version of the AMC television series, The Walking Dead, featuring all members of Exo. The setting is post-apocalyptic South Korea, where the outbreak has spread from Seoul outwards to neighboring cities. Besides the location change and chapter plots, all story concepts in the fanfiction are alike to the original version of The Walking Dead.

Foreword
Sehun owed Jongin his life, really.
If Jongin hadn't come back for him when the school bus flipped over and all hell broke loose, he probably wouldn't have seen his first winter of survival. When Sehun closed his eyes and thought about it long and hard, he realized the nightmares were never really nightmares.
He had seen his friends being ripped apart, limb from limb, by the "biters" that Jongin now addressed them as. He had witnessed what any human shouldn't have seen while on earth in less than an hour, and Jongin had taken him away from all of that. If Jongin hadn't been quick and found an emergency exit in the back of the bus, Sehun wouldn't have been alive.
The two had been traveling on foot for months and now a year after that accident, searching for the police, then their family, then humans, then... hope. Everywhere they went, there were biters. Occasionally, they would come across other survivors, but Sehun and Jongin had learned through trial-and-error that human beings living off of fear were no different or any less dangerous than the biters. They decided to stick together, just the two of them, fending off everything that came their way from day one to day three hundred and sixty-five.
Sehun hadn't realized how much time had gone by since then.
