Kim Jongin had been training to become a police officer when he met Oh Sehun in a coffee shop on Christmas Eve. He remembered it like it was yesterday, in fact. It had been snowing several inches (he recalled it was the heaviest snowfall in five years) and the coffee shop Sehun worked in happened to be the only one open at two in the morning, let alone during a seasonal holiday.
