Description
It was a bad day, an unlucky day perhaps. The day I had thought that would change my life forever. Sadly, it did, it changed my life, the way I lived and the way I interacted with the world. The events that occured played back in my mind over and over again. They were clear as if they happened yesterday. I will never forgive myself for being a blind and a selfish girlfriend, never.
Foreword
"Junsu, look out!" I yelled as I saw a huge truck coming towards him. He was walking to the other side of the road to get my balloon that had flown away from my hands. I had noticed the truck coming from far away but I still insisted him to go get my ballon since it was the present he gave me for our 3 years anniversary.
"It isn't just any balloon," I told him and he obeyed. He loved me. And I loved him.
I never thought that such would happen to us in this way. As I motioned him to walk quicker so that my balloon wouldn't fly away, he teased me and started walking slow motion.
The truck was getting nearer to us and it was late at night. As it was about a few meters away, the driver seemed to be drunk since he sped up. He didn't see Junsu.
"JUNSU!" I shouted. 'Can't he see or hear the truck?' I thought. He was too desperate to catch the balloon.
"LOOK! AT THE BACK! JUNSU!" I screamed at the top of my lungs.
"Ri In, I LOVE YOU! I'll get that balloon for you!" he shouted back, smiling.
"NO! JUNSU -" I screamed, but it was too late. Everything happened so fast I panicked and couldn't tell him what was really happening.
