“Auntie, today I’ll be out, and maybe I skip lunch.” You talked to your auntie while you helped her to washed dishes.

“Where are you going anyway?”

“Oh, I have my plan.” You smiled.

“Well, just take your time and enjoy your summer. Okay?” you nodded.

“Have fun..” Your aunt winked.

“Thanks auntie.” You bowed and went outside.

You went to bought newspaper. You searched through job vacancy's page. One by one rejected you because of you're too young, or no experience. You heavily sighed and sat at the nearest park.

You carefully read the page again, and circle some column.

It was lunch time already, so you decided to go have jajangmyun.

You asked the owner if they hired part time worker. But unfortunately, they had too many workers at that time.

“Hey.”

You looked up and saw the guy with light brown colored hair standing in front of you with smile on his face. He has handsome figure and beautiful eyes. He stared at you while tilted his head.

“Do I know you?” You raised one of your eyebrows.

“You don't know me?” He asked disbelief.

You just ignored him and stood up.

“Are you sure you don't know me?”

What a strange guy.

“Yeah. So if you'll excuse me, I have a place to go.” You started to walk but he grabbed your wrist. You stared at him piercingly as you shrugged his hand off.

He looked at you from head to toe and realized that you had newspaper in your hand.

“Searching for a job, aren't you?”

“Yeah.” You answered impatiently.

“I know a good place. I heard that they hiring part time worker now.” He smiled.

You rolled your eyes, and walked.

“Hey Im serious. Follow me if you want.”

You thought for a second and nodded.

If he does anything bad I'll just kick him.

“Only because I need this job.”

“Yeah sure.” He said smiling as he led you way.

His face is familiar.

Oh Crap! What am I thinking?

He's totally stranger and now Im following him. I must be crazy.

“Hey, don't walk behind me.” His voice surprised you.

“Btw Im Jung Jinyoung.”

“I never ask your name.” You coldly replied.

He rubbed the back of his neck.

“Well, just in case you want to thank me.” He winked.

You rolled your eyes.

You glanced around and paused when you saw a music store.

You missed your piano, you missed the feeling when you play it. You shook your head and keep walking.

“What are you looking at?”

“Nothing.” You replied.

“So here we are.” He cheerfully said.

You looked up and saw a bakery shop.

“Come on in.” He led you way.

“Annyeong haseyo.. Uncle, this is my friend, hmm her name..” he looked at you confused.

“Shin Rana imnida.” You quickly answered and bowed.

“She's looking for job now. Can you help her?”

“I see. What can you do?” the owner asked.

“Ah.. I can do chores, I can clean the floor.”

“Hmm.. Okay. Let's see tomorrow. If you can work well, I'll hire you.”

“Thank you so much uncle.” You bowed.

“So which way is your home?” Jinyoung asked.

You pointed to south. Jinyoung just nodded and led you way.

“Hey, you don’t have to”

“It’s okay. I like to walk you home..” he winked. You flushed at his words.

“Are you in high school?” after a long time paused he asked.

“Yeah”

The situation was awkward. But you felt comfortable around him.

“This is it” you pointed a small but cute house.

He looked up

“Nice house..” he smiled.

“Thank you so much for today Jinyoung-shi and Im so sorry I was mean” you shyly said as you bowed to him.

“Finally, you called my name..” he chuckled.

“It’s fine. But now you know how good I am, right?” you nodded.

“So, I guess I’ll see you tomorrow Rana-shi” he winked and disappeared.

You shook your head with small smile on your face and skipped to your room.

He sure is strange.

Wait, what was he said?

Then you remembered that he asked you if you remember him or not.

Have we met before?

You thoughtfully placed your finger under your chin.

“Onnie..” your cousin rushed out to your room.

“Come, my mom cooked us diner.”

“Okay let’s go eat.”
