She was wanted for armed robbery, murder, pretty much anything that was a crime, she'd done it. When she was finally arrested and put into a cell, she went insane. She was sent to a special science laboratory to be experimented on.

A scientist working in the laboratory. She is in charge of looking after the criminal and making sure all the experiments are done correctly.
